We have have a mediclaim & personal accident policy with new india assurance co ltd since last 17 years. My renewal date was 25.06.2017. I pay the due amount within the stipulated period, & the cheque already debited from my Account within due date. But till today we have not received my mediclaim policy Nor my personal accident policy. My last mediclaim policy no[protected] & individual policy 2012. Regards Tamal chakraborty P.
