Thanks for your revert finally. We had sent so many reminders for payout (Please see the mail trails) and my first request to you was made on 31.8.2017 (3 months back)

Now we request you to close this matter immediately on final reconciliation within a reasonable timelines. (We hope the process of reconciliation has already started by now)

Kindly arrange to close this case immediately by suitable reconciliation else give us your consent for escalation to grievance section.

Note: we are a msme registered unit and need your support & help.

Summary:

We are unable to understand why the amount is not being refunded despite many follow up. Refer their mail dated 29.11.2017 assured after reconciliation but till date not action taken.
