New India Assurance — Surveyor is taking out his personal grudge and not allowing the legitimate car insurance claim

I have bought a new KIA car in the month of November 2022. Car has met with an accident twice and the same surveyor has been appointment both the times. First time also he didnt approve my entire claim and had to pay 25k to get the repairing done. This time also he is not approving. The expectation of the surveyor is if the part of the car has normal wear and tear and in case of accident if that part gets damaged, then it is not allowed. What is the expecation of the New India Insurance that car should be kept in the parking lot and should not be run on the road. They are only harassing me. I am trying to reach out to the senior members but no one is even responding to my calls. I want the strict action to be taken on the New India insurance and the employees who are involved.
