[Resolved] New India Assurance — unprofessionalism
I had take an overseas Mediclaim policy for travel to Spain from 10/01/2019 to 10/06/2019. But I had cancelled my trip and hence requested the insurance officer for a refund which was before even the starting date. I had submitted all the documents they asked for.
It has been 4 months and still the refund has not been processed. They don't reply to mails and give false excuses for the delay.
Please reply to the above matter.
