New India Assurance — vehicle accident claim amount not yet credited

I had an accident claim towards my vehicle which was done at ford showroom, kalamassery, ernakulam, kerala about 3 months back.
I tried many times to contact the thrissur office bearers but no one is picking up the phone. Please do the needful to refund the amount as soon as possible

I am K . Sadasivan, res.Chaitanya apartments kapashera, new delhi -1100037 . I am holding 36 (Thirty Six) new india assurance ltd shares. New india Assurance company had declared bonus shares. I have not received bonus shares. So, please look in this matter and credited dividend bonus shares in my above demat account as soon as possible.
