Newand.com — Duplicate product delivered and no return taken

I have order the nike orange sport shoes from newand.com. They delivered the pacakge and collected the cash. When the pacakage was opened the product was not which i ordered and provided me the duplicate nike shoes of black color. After writing reptative mails to the company the goods was not taken back and no money was refunded. To me. I request you to take the strict action againts such fraud companies email mentioned on companies website is : [protected]@newand.com
