Dear Sir Madam,

I have purchase one samsung power bank date on 27th May 2016, I get this yesterday date of 5th Jun 2016 this power bank has not work, I will charged yesterday night and connect to my mobile for charging only 2-3point has charge and power bank has switch off, I want to change it.
Kindly help me what can I do.
I already mail my complaint on your mail ID But yet not get any response I think newand company is chitt me you want only from people if you don't response my mail I will go to consumer court...
