I have purchase one samsung power bank date on 27th may 2016, i get this yesterday date of 3rd jun 2016 this power bank has not work, i will charged yesterday night and connect to my mobile for charging only 2-3point has charge and power bank has switch off, i want to change it.
Kindly help me what can i do. This is a fraud item.
I already mail my complaint on your mail id but yet not get any response i think new and company is chits me you want only from people if you don't response my mail i will go to consumer court...
