Newme — Not refunded after the cancellation of the product.

I ordered a dress from them on 16th May 2024 but I ordered the wrong size so I cancelled the order.and it was a prepaid order.I got a message from them on watsapp that I can expect my money to be back by 2-3 buisness days on the same day I got another message around 11:34 pm that they have processed my refund and I'll get my money back in 3-5 working days . These are their exact words and when I checked on their app it says that I've been refunded but I didn't get any message from my bank or from them on my phone and as of now it's already 24 may 2024 and i still haven't got my money back.
