What the heck, its been over a month and its still delayed omg what the heck is going on...I want my money back...

I have ordered a jeans of size 28 but it came 31 i want to return it but the deviery guy doesnt come, i keep getting message that i was unavialbe but he never tried to reach me and i have ordered two more jeans they were promised that they will be delivered today i have my birthday tomorrow, so poor service and missleading information...

First time not payment then again payment and showing transaction of my account is two times successful.

I ordered a top from newme. After a lot of delay in delivering the order they themselves canceled the order saying that it did not pass the quality check. they said that the refund will be initiated. its been a month and i still haven't received my refund.

I am writing to bring your attention to an issue with my recent order, ORDER NO. 3456249 I placed an order for two dresses, but only one was delivered. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the second dress was missing(White Embellished Off Shoulder Dress).

Could you kindly investigate this matter and let me know the status of the missing item? I would appreciate it if the second dress could be shipped as soon as possible, or if you could provide an alternative solution to resolve this issue.

This is regarding order ID #1746244 on newme.asia. I wanted to return this order and after complaining for a week delivery partner came to pickup the order. He asked for the cancellation OTP after receiving the same he took the parcel from me on 8 June, 2024. But it has not been refunded from more than a month. I complaint again but the representatives are asking me to wait for three days in vain. I have talked to Sharad, Manpreet and a few other representatives. Now they have even stopped responding to my calls. This is so frustating. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible

This is too much like I was asking about my refund status they're keep on telling it's refunded but it's not reflecting on bank account... If I raise a query again they are responding too late I'm facing lots of trouble i need my refund back...

And while tracking, the product shows its at Indian warehouse and the customer support executive says it hasn’t reached India yet. How come?

I ordered an item from an called Newme Asia. The day i got this order I opt for return because it did not fit me well. Its been 4 days but courier partner is not appointed still now. And according to their site policy if item is not returned within 7 days its not eligible for refund. This is so disappointing that this site cannot even provide a delivery partner still now. To be precise i got delievery on 25 September I opted for return on the same day and since then no delievery partner has showed up. Its already been 4 days.
