Refund not initiated

I ordered a top from newme. After a lot of delay in delivering the order they themselves canceled the order saying that it did not pass the quality check. they said that the refund will be initiated. its been a month and i still haven't received my refund....

I am writing to bring your attention to an issue with my recent order, ORDER NO. 3456249 I placed an order for two dresses, but only one was delivered. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the second dress was missing(White Embellished Off Shoulder Dress).

Could you kindly investigate this matter and let me know the status of the missing item? I would appreciate it if the second dress could be shipped as soon as possible, or if you could provide an alternative solution to resolve this issue.

    This is too much like I was asking about my refund status they're keep on telling it's refunded but it's not reflecting on bank account... If I raise a query again they are responding too late I'm facing lots of trouble i need my refund back...

    I had ordered 2 tops from bogo sale, after doing the payment i received a mail from fraucher limited that my payment has failed and the debited money will be returned back to my account in 3-5 days . So the next day i tried the payment again as it was showing on app also that payment failed and try again .     Not refunded after the cancellation of the product.

    I ordered a dress from them on 16th May 2024 but I ordered the wrong size so I cancelled the order.and it was a prepaid order.I got a message from them on watsapp that I can expect my money to be back by 2-3 buisness days on the same day I got another message around 11:34 pm that they have processed my refund and I'll get my money back in 3-5 working days .       I havent gotten my refund and their is no way to contact the company

      The item was prepaid i wanted to return it . The company delayed in taking back the item and even the refund is still not yet been given
      It maybe has been more than 1 week since the item got picked from my house . They took no initiative to refund my money ....

        I placed the order of a nude beige blazer.In the first order they called me saying the product did not qualified in internal quality check so they themselves are canceling my order.I liked the blazer in the image so I placed another order but when it came it was very tight on my arms so I wanted to return it Infact quality was not that great.         Idk what app is newme but it's totally ridiculous👿👎... I've ordered two times from here n now l gonna uninstall it... I ordered a dress n it's taking 2 months n still now not delivered to me.. I spoke to the customer service n i think they r robots n useless... Now they r saying it will take more 1 week...           I have ordered a lingerie set which includes mini dress and a shrug along with it, but i have Received totally different product.
          I am trying to connect them for return/exchange on WhatsApp but they are not properly available for resolving my concern and they are saying that they had been delivered the same product which i have ordered, they have very cheap and inconvenient service, they are nit
          Listening me.
          I am trying to connect them on call but they are not even receiving calls after 3 bells.
          I have a very bad experience with NEWME.

            I want to return my product, it's been 5-6 days as I applied for return request.. Delivery partner didn't pick the order, I called him more then 3 times he was giving excuses..I want to return the product because I ordered xxl size it doesn't fit me well..size is too tight..I also called newme customer care but I am not getting proper answer of my issues

              Before making payment, the timelines were different and after making the payment the timeline changed. How come I’m just couple of minutes?

              And while tracking, the product shows its at Indian warehouse and the customer support executive says it hasn’t reached India yet. How come?

              You guys are breaching your own standard timelines and the product is not in India yet? Very dissatisfied.

                I ordered an item from an called Newme Asia. The day i got this order I opt for return because it did not fit me well. Its been 4 days but courier partner is not appointed still now. And according to their site policy if item is not returned within 7 days its not eligible for refund. This is so disappointing that this site cannot even provide a delivery partner still now. To be precise i got delievery on 25 September I opted for return on the same day and since then no delievery partner has showed up. Its already been 4 days.

                    I ordered two tops from https://newme.asia/ website .My order Id is 145374 .I paid for the order on 11 march but since I haven’t received it, i was asked to cancel it from my end. But when I cancel it, neither can I canel the order nor I’m getting any refund .After constantly contacting them for over 20 days on whatsapp daily and calling them over their customer no. Around 10 times ( which they never pick), I’m still at loss of my money....

                    I placed order 63338 on newme on 3 december 22 through simpl pay in 3 emi. But as joggers had fitting issue i asked the to exchange with size or refund.
