NOTICE UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1984

dear sir,
if you have intention of looking into the problem then you would not be sending the same reply as you have sent earlier(cut and paste job).
if you would be kind enough to look into your mail dated 20 jul in which you have clearly mentioned the content of the add incl my correct mobile no. do you want to tell me that you have sent the mail for publishing before 20 jul as by then the correct no has been intimated by me and confirmed receipt by you.
I understand that your customer service deptt and the publishing deppt has had no coordination regarding this add.
it is requested that :
(1) money paid by me of Rs 1580 may be refunded at the earliest.
(2) I expect a reputed company like yours would like to write an apology letter to me for all the hardship and the business loss that I have incurred.
(3) in case of any action by you which does not satisfy me , I would be forced to take up this matter in the consumer court which would indeed include the penal interest as well as compensation for the harassment and mental agony that I am facing due to the std of services provided by you.
