I gave my baleno car for body shop work as there was dent other than that the car had no complaint...my car was given on 20th of sep 2021 and they took the car and after a day I get a call saying there are few parts needs to changed in the càr and the cost is 12k I agreed to pay, then after an hour I get a call saying there are too many things inside car which needs to be replaced and he says it's 40k, I was shocked and felt it's expensive Mr. Deebàk was the one who attended my car and his reply was if I don't change it immediately then while going on the highways my car bag wont open and there are high chances of accident with no other option I agreed to pay 40k. I asked him to give the vehicle by 2-3 days saying will do body shop work later but then he said it's not possible to give the vehicle and I insisted that I need the vehicle as I have to go to out of station his reply was to make a different arrangement and he cannot give the car again with no option I agreed..then body shop work looks liek they are two different teams and this team does not communicate with the other team . When asked about my car Mr. Deebak's reply was amazing it was to the face " I hav finished my work and given to sme guy name in body shop and now he has to give u the answer so call him ..then called him then that guy got in toch with my insurance fellow and some way finished my body shop work..10 days to repair the car and charged Rs 40000/- to the insurance company without my 40k which is separate. On the day of delivery of the car I said I will make payment through American express credit as the amount was big for me but then i was not able to do it the reason mr. Deepak gave was they don't have tie up with international cards. And then he asked me to give credit card details when I refused his statement completely shook me saying " when you are giving your car why not thr credit card" never knew this is how they talk to clients. Atlast I received the car on 29th sep I found that Brake and acceleration are not working smooth like before. Mr Deepak said all the changed parts he has given it but then when I called him asked him for the old battery which he said it had issue but then I didn't face anything, he said it's with him and he will send it. He then wanted me to give him excellent rating. If I would have known this is what nexa can offer I really would not have taken nexa. I had given service in navaindia, Coimbatore. I have no complaints but these guys are pathetic. Kindly look into the matter and take some immediate action. With a person like Deepak in customer service in Nexa is a worst thing for the company and also for the brand itself.
