Nexa — regarding been received an accidental car disguised as new one and about nexa services. | |
This is bk mishra fellow surveyor satna. I brought my car baleno alpha from satna. I doubt the dealer has provided accidental car the claim that strengthens the theory are as follows. 1. From the very beginning the colour of the left part of rear bumper was faded. 2. Noise comes from left door of car. 3. Upper quarter panel is pressed inwards. 4. The right part of ws glass of car is not fog resistant or a layer of fog deposites which causes problem in vision while driving during rainy season, this is a matter of huge concern as it could be life threatening. 5. While nexa showrooms should be giving priority to nexa customers but mostly there is delay in service because workers are either busy repairing maruti suzuki cars or slaking off. 6. The facilities in nexa showroom are very poor which includes delay in handling issue of customer providing worst quality of item in their menu like local quality water bottle. Even after multiple complaints in local branch nothing happened due to which i had to reach here. So i would expect you to take the matter with utter sincerity and replace this accidental car by a new one of same model and company. Again, if no actions are taken by head branch i would be compelled to reach consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |
