Nexon Enterprises — threatening to issue legal notice for not following agreement.

Sir,
I am ashish sahoo. I have received a call on 30 sept 2019 from nexon company offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/. They asked me to provide any of my i'd proof and mail i'd by whatsapp no. [protected]. So i send my dl photo copy and mail id to the above given whatsapp no. Then again they called me and told that they have sent me an mail regarding job related agreement and i have to make digital sign on it. Then i checked the mail and found a condition on agreement that if i can't complete my work within the given period then i have to give a fine of rs. 5500 for it. So i decide not to sign the agreement. Then when they called me again to sign agreement i denied them due to condition in agreement. Then they told me if i am not interested then they have to cancel the agreement and for that they asked me to forward the link of agreement to them that they have sent me. So i forward them the link. Then they conformed me that now that agreement was cancelled.

Then on 22/10/2019 there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that i[censored] not complete
The work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me. I have told them that i haven't even sign the agreement, but they didn't listen me and repeatedly called me to threaten for court case. So sir please help me.
