Sir My name is pranoy from Tripura on oct, 2019 i recieved a call from the above company for captcha online work and they told me join this work as they will pay 22500Rs. for this work. They said me to send my id as i send my Adahar id. After this they send the work link on my email id and said that it should be completed in 10 days. After this in the very first day they providing me a id password for doing of work . I sent them many messages and and i dialed them many time and also send mail if i didn't complete then i get money how much i did.But they didn't responded.On Oct., 2019 i recieved a call from a person Name not remember telling himself as Advocate and he was demanding an amount of 8200rs for not doing the work. After that one girl callings at Feb 2020 and told me to pay money and then i told her to send the documents.After that july 2020 one guy is called me and told the same thing i told to send the documents but till now nothing was came.Today i saw this that'swhy i submit a complaints.These group of people are very much fraud and doing scam. These are having a habit of making the people fool by the name of online job.I request you to take strict action against them.I am giving their detail here.

Threatening for Money and Fraud
I got a phone call on 09 sept. 2019 from mob no :-[protected] offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complete 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and in good faith i also agree to join... And on the same day an online agreement was done. Then i got a link to download their apps and after few days when i don't understand weather i am doing correct or not i want to know about the word of which company data we are doing this i called them but didnt get any response i mailed them i msg them and no from there side.. Then after 5 days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that i[censored] not complete
The work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. Then they mail me of advocate notice and fake agreeement from advocate abhay tripathi (Mob no-[protected])... And yet after paying 5000 Rs . The agreement is of 11 months then how he can file case against me in only after 15 days how nonsense people they are.
on true caller the advocate no shows spam 200+ people blocked as spam . now its been 10 months every time with new they are calling too me. today 23rd July 2020. one advocate called me he Threstened me and said he will put 250000 rs fine . because i called company as Fraud. and now he gave me 30 mins time to pay the amount. and when i asked question why your number shows as spam he threatened me and said he will filled FIR against me . please help me and Resolve this problem . and more they said that Consumer complaints are fraud.
The work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. Consumer helpline people ensure me if in future if I receive any call or messages from that company they will take strict action .

After some time she call me again and told me sir for you benifts i send you a agreement between you and company and take my sign on that agreement and told me it's just for formility after that i search all detail about company in google i saw this company was fake.. After some days a fake lawer call me and told me for money... And send a latter against me on my mail i shoked that day... It was happen in last 3 month yesterday a police inspector call me and told me for 4 lac rupees and told your family also suffer for that.. And also told he will send a legal action against me on my house through post.. Please help me and take a stricly action against that company [protected]..

nexon enterprises fraud captcha work demanding money

I have received a call from nexon enterprises for part time jobs to filling captcha on 15 oct 2019. After that they sent me an agreement to sign. I did not signed it. But i have idea how they did sign it. Next day i received call and they say that they will sent me captcha work. I asked him do not send me work.
On[protected] i received a mail regarding legal proceedings. Also calls and messages to pay 5000 as penalties.
I do not know why it is. They threatened me for legal action and harassing me a lot.
Today again they call by [protected], told me present delhi court for legal proceeding on 13th feb 2020. If not present then they will put red mark on my aadhar.
Please help me out in this matter on high priority.

they are sending notice
I got call from them a months ago to do captcha work for their client. I got link from them through i registered and they sended me a username and password from that logged in to that website then i didn't understand what to do then i contacted them regarding this issue but they didn't provide me any response after few days they sended me notice in that they are mentioned that if am not obeyed to pay the penalty amount of 5000 means they are going to take legal action against me. Just now i received the notice from them. It's totally wrong way they are going

The Company Nexon Enterprise is charging me with a fraud case and asking me for Rs. 85000. I was not given any work to complete and their fake lawyer was asking me for Rs 5000 to solve the case.
They are unnecessarily calling and harassing me. Please take a legal action against them.

I received a call from [protected] for online captcha work saying i have applied for this then i said, i don't remember may be i did. They said are u interested, i replied please tell me about work.
Thier words are
We will provide you online captch typing work, u can do it on your mobile or computer this will earn you 22500 and 5200 will be debit from your earnings and you will get 17300 rupees for 10000 captch i[censored] did it with 90% accuracy within 10 days, if fail to do work no payment will be made.
Then sent me a link on my email to sign it and i open it and sign it there was a only blank wight screen to sign after submit i navigate to new page congratulations you are successfully registered.
There was no agreement.
Next day i received my i'd password on email and application link on sms
I was unable to start work that day
I received call from a software company to purchase their autonation software to complete work on charges of 4000 rupees. I denied to purchase after that someone call me from their side to inform me i[censored] have any problems call to helpline no. Or email which was not provided earlier and i asked them i have no proof of work if i completed it how i will get payment they said you have legal agreement i said no i don't have no body give it to me then she mailed me hii on my mail and asked for agreement. I received it and continued work. After 11 days i received a mail from an advocate about paying 5200 utility charges otherwise a case will be file against you.
Please save me and my valuable money from such fraud people.

wrong penalty charges

Last month in october i have recieved a call from[protected], a female representative said that she is calling from nexon enterprises. She offered me an online captcha filling work saying that work is free of cost... And then she asked me to send my pan card, my mail id and my address on whstapp, and i did that...
And then around 15 days later... A person called me and said he is an advocate calling on behalf of nexon enterprises and a penalty of rs 90000 is being charged on me for not completing the their online work... And so they are taking legal action...
I think its a complete case of fraud with me...

I got the call from the said company few days back regarding part time work, i have send my id proof as well as they said its a procedure before signing an agreement, after a day the fraud company sent a copy of agreement, which i have never signed and i didnt receive any captcha work as well, but now i am getting the harrasement calls and emails as well, as i have loadge a complaint as well, requesting innocent people not to tangled in this...

Nexon enterprises contacted me on nov 16, 2019 and they told me they will provide part time job where i need to complete 10000 captcha, for this they will provide 22, 500 rs and they will deduct 5200rs for some utility charge. But they didn't provide any kind of work or any login. When i check consumer complaints there is already too many compliments against this company. So please help i don't want to be black mailed by this company as they are not providing any work & then they will black mail after 10-15 days. Please help i don't want to be harassed by this company. Please tell me what should i do now.

They have registered themself. After few days i got login information but i have not login till now and have not done any work till now.. And today 14 nov 2019 i got call from an advocate mob no. [protected] that we will file case fir against you and was talking very rudely.. This is pure fraud with the job less people and who wants to work part time.

I got a phn call on 30 oct 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and in good faith i also agree to join... And on the same day an online agreement was done. Then after 4 days i received login id and password but no link to download app. I called back on same no on 5th nov to enquire about link and they said that they will share same soon. But didnt get any response, i msg them bt no rply came... Then after 5 days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that i[censored] not complete
The work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me in aurangabad court.. Then they mail me of advocate notice...

Last week of october i received a call from nexion enterprise company that is based in aurangabad maharashtra as they said that time we got your number from shine.com you want to do online work like data entry. We hane an offer for u that is u have to type 10000 captcha in 10 days and u do that u will get 21000 and when you will complete then we will cut 5100 as we offer u work and u completed. I have started captcha filling work (Online) but unfortunately i didn't complete typing 10000 captcha. Now i got a call from advocate mane that we r going to take legal action against you because u are not given 5100 to nexion enterprise. Now u have to pay total of 8500. A said company name nexon enterprise, called me around 20 days ago, offered me a job called captcha typing for which they told me they will give me 22500/month.
Initially they send me a agreement and told me to sign digitally. I took some time to think over it. Then after i gather information of this company then i came to know it's fraud so i refuse to do it. After my refusal their customer executive constantly phoned me to send back agreement link to her by whatsapp. After i fed up of her calls i send her back agreement link. After some days suddenly i received a email from advocate for nexon enterprise to claim the charges of maintenance and utility of 5200 rs. If i unable to pay that amount i will have to face legal action. Pls look into this matter and resolved as soon as possible.

This fraud company called me for part time work of captcha and said to register for the work.
After registration they sent me mail in which they mentioned an agreement.
After reading this agreement i said no to work and their representative agreed with it, she said to give screenshot of mail (Image uploaded)
But, after few days i got call from this fraud company again and after call they sent me mail from advocate of company telling "i am violating the terms and breeching agreement".
He said they will take legal action against me.
But the problem is, i never signed an agreement, all the company is fraud, their advocates are also fraud.
They sent me mail and attached pdf telling that "i have to pay rs.5100 + rs. 3000 to company"
Please take action against such fraud companies.

the online captcha typing work like 10, 000 captcha’s and you have not done
within “10” days.

No initial payment is required to pay at the booking time but you must have to pay Rs. 5100/-(FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ONLY) amount for
utility and maintenance on following grounds.
(A) In the matter of fact failure, not submitted or succeed company is
entitled to receive amount by any cost. If you achieve the accuracy which
mentioned above, then Utility charges will be deduct from your work payment
and if you fail to achieve accuracy in given timeline, then also you have to pay
as a liability which describe above.
(B) This charges related to service, development and maintenance cost of
the platform where you working online data typing.

5. According to terms and conditions of the agreement, you had to complete thework of (ONLINE CAPTCHA TYPING) in “10” days. But, terms and
conditions of said agreement entered into by you with my client i.e. TAT (Turn
Around Time) you have not submitted accuracy report to my client within
stipulated period of “10” days as mentioned in the agreement. We provided
the online captcha typing work like 10, 000 captcha’s and you have not done
within “10” days.
6. In the agreement we both are agree for the promissory as like under:
No initial payment is required to pay at the booking time but you must have to pay Rs. 5100/-(FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ONLY) amount for
utility and maintenance on following grounds.
(A) In the matter of fact failure, not submitted or succeed company is
entitled to receive amount by any cost. If you achieve the accuracy which
mentioned above, then Utility charges will be deduct from your work payment
and if you fail to achieve accuracy in given timeline, then also you have to pay
as a liability which describe above.
(B) This charges related to service, development and maintenance cost of
the platform where you working online data typing.
(c) If you deny paying the said amount then company will take this matter
legally & all the legal expenses will be bear by your side, company is not liable for the same.

fraud call - captcha work
I have continuously receiving calls from ([protected]) & emails for court case. They are
On 3rd of sept, 2019 i recieved a call from the above company for captcha online work and they told me join this work as they will pay 22500rs. For this work. They said me to send my id as i send my adahar id. After this they did my fake sign on an agreement created by them and send the work link on my mobile no and said that it should be completed in 10 days. After this in the very first day i send one mail for refusal of work that i am not interested to do this work. I sent them many messages and and i dialed them many time. But they didn, t responded. On 17th of sept., 2019 i recieved a call and one mail of a person named as aditya mane teklling himself as advocate and he was demanding an amount of 5000rs for not doing the work. On next day he sent me one notice typed by him and focing me to deposit an amount of 8200rs. As these group of people are very much fraud and doing scam. These are having a habit of making the people fool by the name of online job. I request you to take strict action against them. I am giving their detail here.

I have received a call on 30 sept 2019 from nexon company offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/. They asked me to provide any of my i'd proof and mail i'd by whatsapp no. [protected]. So i send my dl photo copy and mail id to the above given whatsapp no. Then again they called me and told that they have sent me an mail regarding job related agreement and i have to make digital sign on it. Then i checked the mail and found a condition on agreement that if i can't complete my work within the given period then i have to give a fine of rs. 5500 for it. So i decide not to sign the agreement. Then when they called me again to sign agreement i denied them due to condition in agreement. Then they told me if i am not interested then they have to cancel the agreement and for that they asked me to forward the link of agreement to them that they have sent me. So i forward them the link. Then they conformed me that now that agreement was cancelled.
Then on 22/10/2019 there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that i[censored] not complete
The work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me. I have told them that i haven't even sign the agreement, but they didn't listen me and repeatedly called me to threaten for court case. So sir please help me.

My name is anurag sharma. I got a call from [protected] (Shivani) on 5 october 2019 at 12:32 pm. She told me about captcha job that i will submit 100 captcha in a day 1000 captcha in 10 days and make me know that i will be in an agrement with nexon enterprises and i signed that on same day that is saturday on 5th october 2019. I asked her to give me information about that company like registration, website, phone no etc but i did not get any information from that sidei mailed but no response. She told i will get salary of 22500 on accuracy of 90% of total work and an amount of 5100 will be charged from my salary then i asked if accuracy will be below 90 % then what happen, then she asked her boss and make me know that 5100 will be charged oly from salary.
On 7th october i got a mail having id and password then after i got a call from [protected] regarding that, i asked where i will use that information then a lady told that i will get a mail in evening, then i asked about company she told me that she can not told me about that so i reply the mail for getting information about company but no response.
On 8 october 2019 i got a call from [protected] i told her to give me information about nexon enterprises she told me about helpline no i told that i have not any number then she promise me to call back but i did not get call about any information
On 21 october i got call and also a mail form his lawyer he tried to make me affried to give them charges of below accuracy of 90% now accordin to them captcha work have 1000 captcha per day and 10000 in 10 days
They regulerly calling me
They are calling me regular and harassing for money
Please help and take a strong action over this kind of companies who trap and anxious persons

Yeah even today i got threatened by this call from the same no that is [protected] he is blackmailing me for rs.5400 other he will file case against me he is telling me his name as adv ravi roy and the name of the company is easy solution there are many complaint against him please take strict action against him we need to stop the fraud
