Dear Sir, I Purchased a Samsung Plasma TV 51 inch, MODEL NO PDP-SAM-51"-51H499-HD, Dated 05.01.2015 from NEXT JAYANTI MARKET, MI ROAD JAIPUR, for installation in JAISALMER. Till dated No Engg Come for our site, locally we check and found this plasma TV is not working . We are facing problem as we have to further install it in Army area .
