On 27/09/2014 i bought a 40"led tv from the next retail shop pathanamthitta, kerala. For the last couple of months the tv is not functioning properly, the volume decreases automatically. Please note that i ensured a 2 year extended warranty by paying rs1512/ at the time of purchasing the tv. Now the manufacturer or the dealer is not getting the tv repaired.

      We booked an order for the Item Code [protected] Description : HF-MAG--12 Pcs-Premium Bedding Set. 1) Material reached us very late. Order was booked on 10 Dec 2014 and material was delivered on 25 Dec 2014. 2) Bedding Set is found to be of very poor quality matirial. 3) Bed-Cover and Quilt both are under size and are quite useless.

        I bought one LED from Next Retail, Sector 31, Gurgaon on 1st Oct 2012. While selling they promised for good service and said that they will deliver LED on the same day, but wall-mount could not be installed due to time constraint. They promised to install wall-mount latest by 3 Oct 2012. I agreed on that and LED was delivered to me on 1st. The person who came to deliver LED, installed table-top stand and said that some other person will come on 3rd and with wall-mount and will install.

        On 3rd Oct, I reminded Next at 11 AM so that I could get wall-mount installed on time. The person who attended my call said he will send someone to install wall-mount. I followed them 3-4 times on this because no one visited to install wall-mount, and the service was so poor that I had to remind him complete case everytime.

        One technician visited my home at 4PM and he said wall-mount comes with LED box only and he asked me to contact Next for wall-mount. Technician left that moment. I followed up with Next again 2 more times, I got a response from Jay (or Jayesh) that technician is coming to Next to collect wall-mount and will installed as soon as possible. When things were not settled till 5:30PM I again called Next, and was surprised to know that they were waiting for me to come there and collect wall-mount. When I asked that it's Next responsibility to deliver things at my place I was told they don't have anyone to deliver that time.

        Finally I had to visit Next again to collect wall-mount. The person who attended me there was the same who sold me LED. With all our discussion he was not at all sorry about this delay, he was trying to defend every questions I raised and saying all these as miscommunication. Statement such as 'customer is coming to collect wall-mount' when customer has not said so is also a kind of miscommunication, sounds silly, isn't it?

        Atleast they should promise only that which they can make, and they should agree that it's their fault and make corrective action. I think Next has not taugth this to their employees. Really poor service from Next which I did not expect.

          I placed a order for Samsung mobile (Price: Rs15,200) on july 16 2012. I payed the money through credit card. I didnt receive the product.Its been 24 days. I didnt get any proper answer from customer care. The company has cheated me Rs.15,200. I raised help desk ticket #BVU-95420, they closed it without any reply. Ihav sent lot of mails. No reply from them. I checked the tracking number in the site. I crossed checked in bluedart site. Its been delivered at hooghly, while i am resident in Chennai.

          NEXT RETAIL INDIA LTD. — delivery

          Dear Sir,
          this is to bring to your notice that i visited with my wife to the nearest showroon at Ghodbunder, Thane, Maharashtra; after reading their newspaper advertisement on same day announcing sale/ exchange offer on various products. We were intersted in exchanging our Videocon 21" TV to 29" TV from Videocon again for Rs.7990/-. The marketing staff displayed the product. They also said this not a new offer and contiues for a month. We finalised the product and asked to deliver same day. staff expressed their unability to same day delivery For booking an offered Rs.500/- the staff denied to accept and insisted full amount as advance, we said the comittment is 50:50, make delivery tomarrow and collect balance 50%. we offered our debit card and paid Rs.4000/- vide Recepit no.38361 dtd. 22.6.08 towards supply of Videocon CTV K29. Since then we are regularly enquiring over phone about delivery which is politely declined for non availaility of ready stocks the ordered TV. they keep on saying the responce to the offer is beyond expectation. then why they keep on publishing their ad in newspaper, when they know the immediate delivery is impossible?

          My complaint is that why the marketing staff cheated us on non-discloser of the fact of non-availability of stocks, (they have accepted it later over phone) Why they then asked to pay atleast half the amount then and committed to deliver TV next day evening. are they rolling our money deposited by unorganised consumers like us? CAN WE FILE CASE IN CONSUMER COURT? IS IT BREACH OF CONTRACT?

          looks like NEXT Retail India is cheating, i paid online but didnt get any receipt or delivery date.

              Sub: Registering of complaint and request for replacement of LCD.
              Dear Sir/ madam
              I regret to bring to your notice that we had purchased a LCD tv of Videocon 32” from your retails Shop at Sec-19, Faridabad, Haryana
              The details of the purchase are as under:-
              1. Purchased LCD TV 32” Videocon against Bill No :- [protected] dt 20th Feb 2011 from Sco-2 Special HUDA Market Sector-19 Matura Road, Faridabad, Haryana.
              2. The Serial No[protected] registered customer-id no: 36008495.
              Regret and protest as under:-
              1. The retail shop has packed and delivered the displayed LCD TC 32” with D2H ready model DTHLCD32” V3205HB-HDR20 defective one.
              2. The same found by the installation team which visited for activation. When they opened the box for fitment all items of fittings were not there and wall installation o[censored]nit was damaged. They immediately informed the D2H center and lodged the complaint for the dealer.
              Therefore I would request you to kindly arrange to replace the unit immediately because I had purchased the unit as new one and paid for the same, not for the unit used for displaying and used one that too is defective.
              In no case I want to get it repaired; only replacement is required with new unit.
              This is a deficiency on the part of your dealer.
              Once again I request you to kindly consider my request and arrange to replace the unit immediately
              Your early action will be appreciated.
              This is prejudice to my rights.

                I recently purchased LG-21FU3AG from one of the NEXT Electronics outlet at Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400072.

                I purchased this product on 14th June 2009 and it was delivered to my place on 16th June2009. We found that the TV supplied was not in sealed carton as it was unpacked before, with dust on the back cover. We ignored that issue and waited for the demonstration guy for the next day to visit our place.

                When he approached the other day for demo, the TV was working, but the picture quality was eye wetting and eye tiring, if viewed for a longer time. A prolonged vision can also weak the eye sight. The contrast level of the TV is so high that after manually setting, it does not reduce the level and if we lower the level of contrast and sharpness in the TV, the picture fades and the quality diminishes.

                We complaint to the dealer, several times to replace the model with the new one, as we found that the same model in his showroom was having good picture quality. We also insisted that we are ready to go for higher model and shell out more money, but they ignored our complaint and left the deciscion on the LG Service Centre. The service centre people are saying that it is to the dealer, who has the full authority to replace the TV or can give other model.

                The representatives at Next, Marol are not paying any heed to our several complaints, just ignoring our greivance. This kind of treatment by the Next dealer is shocking now a days, as there are various Retail chains in India, which are attracting customers because of the competition. Such a response will not only loose their reputation, but one fine day they will have to shut down their business because of customer complaints and bad market reputation.

                This incident has left me very disappointed and has made my mind to never purchase anything from NEXT hence forth nor recommend their stores to anybody.

                My relatives, neighbours, friends and colleagues have already made their mind to not to buy anything from NEXT and this number is just going to increase through word of mouth.

                Worst one. Promised discount while buying afterward denies that is also only Rs. 600/-. Delivery was also late took atleast 10 days

                Never seen such a worthless store.
