sir/madam while travelling from vapi to mumbai on 23rd January 2014 we crossed IRB Surat Dahisar Tollway Pvt.Ltd. Charoti Toll Plaza NH-8 at kms 420.403 at 5.51 am where we paid rs 82 as a return fair and at reached Dahisar at 7.24 am. While returning from the destination we came at IRB Surat Dahisar Tollway Pvt.Ltd. Khaniwade Toll Plaza NH-8 at kms 470.00 there the representative misconducted and misbehaved with us by telling us that we didn't paid for the return ticket though we have already paid rs 90 for it, he had given us the fraud ticket of rs 60 of single journey of time 5.00 am and didn't provided us complaint book and even the customer care number was not been given to us also the higher authority contact IRB Surat Dahisar Tollway Pvt.Ltd. Charoti Toll Plaza NH-8 at kms 420.403. here i am providing details of the toll tickets. 1) journey started at 5.00 am fro vapi on 23rd Jan 2014 2) Crossed IRB Surat Dahisar Tollway Pvt.Ltd. Charoti Toll Plaza NH-8 at kms 420.403 an Mumbai. there is a fraud going on at the toll. We do have all the details of toll tickets and even of the employ who misbehaved with us.
