NHAI — Incorrect toll debited

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I faced while using the Mumbai-Pune Expressway on 9th April 2023. I was charged toll for my vehicle MH12UJj7309 despite not traveling on the said date. I have attached a copy of my toll receipt for your reference. As you can see, the receipt shows that the toll was paid for my vehicle, but I did not use the expressway on that day. I kindly request that you refund the toll charges to me. . I have been a regular user of the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, and I value the convenience it provides. However, the incorrect toll charges and the lack of proper response from your customer care center have caused me inconvenience and frustration.
