NHAI — My car was with me and I got message of deducting money from fastag account.

Dear sir,
I am Deepak Kumar having my car Santro (2018) at Roorkee.
Today, At 6.20 pm I got the message that my car passed through chhapar toll plaza at 5.59 pm and Rs 55 deducted at 6.19 pm ( After 20 minutes ? ).
While my car was with me at Roorkee and it didn't run any distance in last 20 days.

Kindly sort out the issue.
