NHAI — Nh-47 toll booth refuse to give toll fee exemption for ex service man

NH 47 Paliyekkara tollbooth Thrissur, KERALA refuse to give exemption of toll fee for ex service man.
They are saying that their is such an act for ex-service man thereby the company forces the ex-service man to pay the tool fee.
Please take necessary action against this problem.
