NHAI — Rude behaviour and traffic holdup Debra Toll plaza

@NHAI_Official It is raining heavily today(14.09.21) at around 9.48 am.when there was a long wait time que in one lane so while lane changing in heavy rains...no staff came to help remove the barricade which needed to be removed in the lane beside to turn the car and change lane..so my driver had to alight in heavy rain and shift the barricade himself..seeing this.the staff held us up saying we cannot remove remove barricade ourselves.I work at a hospital.I'm a doctor...I was getting late .as they unnecessarily started shouting and behaving rudely...5-6 employees in total ..the commotion in turn caused holding up a long queue behind us .They themselves did not want to get out in the rain from their shades...and we're admonising my driver for doing their work!!! Very bad experience at Debra Toll Plaza.Baromail.NH6 West Bengal.please look into the matter.
