I am a Retired Army personal. Based on an advertisement in a television channel on a product (vegetable cutter) named Nicer-Dicer (By Telecart) I have bought the above mentioned product. The cost price is Rs.2500 and they offered it at a reduced price of Rs. 2300 on account of Vishu festival. The cutter has been tried by using beans, tomato, green plantain etc. The result is totally unsatisfactory, neither could it cut carrot nor could it cut tomatos. When we tried to cut tomato with the cutter the juice came out. Though it has been intimated to them on phone on 26th May, 2015, next day though promised nobody came to verify and replace it. Other descriptions are:
1. It doesn’t carry the MRP which is mandatory under sales tax rules.
2. There is no proper receipt.
I wish this may be given wild publicity so that nobody is tricked into buying such products. Was this information helpful? |
