Nielit — Fee not paid rather fee money deducted from my account

Respected Sir,
I am an applicant (Alok) for CCC September exam cycle. My application no. is GOCCC7650954. after form filling I went for fee payment through my UPI account [protected]@okaxis through Google pay interface app. I paid the fee amount at 2:38 pm on 28 July 2021. and ₹ 590/- deducted from my account immediately but still fee paid status is negative.
I kindly requested to you, please ensure that the fee should be deposited or refunded.
