I have completed my cpsbn course through niit rajouri garden in january 2018 and got placed in last february but still not got my course certification and even course materials.. I have called my niit rajouri centre and speak to staff and the helpline they have given. It took almost a year but i didn't get any positive response. At last i feel i should raise a complain so that they can take some action..

Niit peeragarhi hr balvinder mam forces me to submit fees but the previous month i paid rs 20000. And my next due date to submit fee on 1 may 2019.
I totally paid to niit one lakh seventy thousand and also seema mam forces my parents to pay fee. Why should i pay the fee? When my fees submission date on may and his cashier kesav totally careless. He lost my fee receipt and could not maintain the record. Please action regard to my problem.

My name is shikher mishra. I belongs to gonda (U. P). I have done web development course from niit in 2018 and completed my course and exam in the month of july. But i did not got the certificate. I mailed them around 200 times different different person and called them approximately 5 times a day but they niether help nor reply mostly. I have paid them 8000 rupees and thier office from where i had completed my course i vanished, no one is there right now. Please help me.

I have done pgp java specialization from niit varanasi in 2017, my complaint is for my certificate. I haven't got my pgp java specialization certificate till now. I have requested so many time but they only giving me excuses and my all subjects exam has also been cleared.

I'm studying gniit in "niit, parrys, chennai, tamil nadu." is there supplementry exam for gniit or my course wil be stopped if i fail in my 1st semester. I jioned gniit in 2013. I was not able to attend my course due to my poor family circumstance. My center head said i wont have a suppementry exm. I did not attend any exam. So kindy provide me correct information. Is there any possible ways to refund my paid fess.

I came first at your niit center gwalior, madhya pradesh to collect some information about post graduation diploma in banking operations (Pgdbo) because having completed successfully this program i want to get a great job in banking sector only but unfortunately due to my age i could not take admission in this program but after that your niit team / niit counselor suggested me for doing post graduate program in applied finance and accounts with gst (Pgfa) for banking sector and having trusted on niit counselor / niit team, i took admission in post graduate program in applied finance and accounts with gst (Pgfa) on dated 30/01/2018 at your niit gwalior center, madhya pradesh for making carrier in banking sector only and the duration of this program is told me 6 months only by niit counselor means it should be completed in most probably till july 2018 or half august 2018 but today i have completed approx 9 months while approx the half course of the syllabus is remaining and one more thing is that after completed successfully this program, niit counselor / niit team promise to me for get a good placement with good salary package in banking sector is 100%.
And i have also paid all fee of the course approx 51500 rs./- which is too high for a middle class family and as well as still i did not appear in any placement till now in any banking sector.
I hope you are understanding my problems that which expectations for placement in banking sector only i bringing with me, such not happen any thing in your niit center and all the promises are lies and make fool and see the fake dreams to most of student at the time of the admission and born lots of misunderstanding in student mind so that student take admission in any program whether it is suitable for student or not and in the last i want to say that i was very disappointed by niit whole team,

I am requesting to you that kindly refund my deposited fee amount which is submitted by me because it is too high for me and i can't effort more because of i am from middle class family and i am not satisfy with you and your team and i have frustrated too much having going around the niit center again and again for the same,

I am a newggniit (Cloud and mobile software engineering) student at niit parrys centre. I have completed 5 terms of my course. I was not batched to the next term though i have paid the whole course fee. I informed the centre head several times and i was waiting for a semester that is a total of 5 to 6 months and was not scheduled any courses. I was promised that i would complete this course by this year beginning while joining niit. But i was left out with two courses to get completed with. Kindly look into this issue and do the needful.

Respected Sir, My self Anup jyoti Nath and I am working as District co-ordinator in RGCEP(Rajib Gandhi Computer Education Project) project in Sonitpur district, assam since 2/4/2012 to 28/02/2018 . I get only my 1st installment (PF) amount but till today I get not my Epf money .My seniors left their job and project is close so no body say anything . Over phone they said that my Epf deposited in NIIT trust, so you get your money lately . So please help me.

I am enroll gniit in jun, 2012. And i have done this course dec, 2015. And one year pp provided by niit it is completed by feb, 2016 and my graduation completed in dec, 2016. So that niit saying me you once again complete one year pp then they are provided gniit dpiloma. I have completed may, 18 pp then they are not issued and no reply given on mail. And i have already send all document to mr. Deepak chahar

The quality of services provided by niit (Hudson lane, delhi -110009) is so pathetic that it is hard to describe in words. They don't even have pamphlets/brochures for their courses.
They don't even provide any kind assignments to practice, simply not worth a penny and the chairs and systems provided to us are so poor and disgusting
Broken and disbalanced chairs.

This is hard to believe that at NIIT, how you will be treated after

I've been doing my tally course (Level 1) along with gst & ms-office in one of your institute residing in alambagh, lucknow (Uttar pradesh). I've started my course in september '16. My issues are regarding with the institute and the kind of knowledge it provides.
Firs and foremost the institute is extremely unprofessional, i've been doing my courses from the past 3+ months and during these months the institute had only provided me for like 2 months on the classes. They give leave whenever they want to and mark the present of every student in their attendance link. I am so regretting that i have taken the admission in such a worst institute that ever exists, for no reason they give leave and the class are so irrelevant to me as they don't provide any kind of professionalism. The teacher goes out of the class in the middle of the lecture hanging student in the middle, this is so much lethargic. I wish i had never taken the admission in this pathetic institute and now when my course is about to over, the class are being dismissed again for no good reason. Two Months Before I Was Joining The Niit Computer Center, During The Time Of Registration, They Told Me Provide In My Match Time Classes, But Provide Me After Two Months Registration, After That I Was Told To Him Please Decrease My Course Of Programming, I Have No Time To Attend They Pressure On Me You Have To Attend All Course That You Apply, I Only Attend The One Day Class, Sir Told Me You Have To Pay Before Two Months Fees But My Classes Was Start From After Two Months, I Want To Refund My Fees, But They Ignore Me Directly Told Me Fees Was Not Refundable, Please Sir Take Action I M Middle Class Person Help Me .

I have enrolled myself in niit course on february, the course duration was 4 to 5 months, after that course, they promised me that i will be placed in a mnc company and a course completion certificate will be received from their end, it's almost 10 months have been completed, still i have not got anything from their end and the placement guideline have not also been given, i have not got the certificate not got the placement, but payed my full fees, please check with it.

Dear sir i would like to inform you that i am a student of niit janakpuri i am pursuing dca course from there. At the time of admission they told me that total fees of that course is 30000 with all the taxis but now they are demanding more than that. They didn't schedule my mt on april and didn't provide me cbp batches. On august they provided me batch and after completing that class when i told them to schedule my exam so they denied and change my status to defaulter when i called my mother to talk with them so they agreed with my point but again in november they told me submitted your total fees otherwise we would not give you permission to attend a single classes from niit. And seema mam said to me "jo karna h karlee main na to job dungi or na hee class # in this way they are treating us.
Sir please help me i belong to a poor middle class family. I can't afford this nonsense. Please refund my money either give me certificate to that courses which i have done from there.

We wanted our carrier to be in Information technology so we decided to join NIIT Ghatkopar while continuing graduation and with some bluffs and fake promises we were corned in an expensive course named RevGNIT over here the company said us they will make us competent with some advance knowledge of Information and technology and the fees that was decided as 1.5 Lakh(for one person) and the duration of course was decided was 3 YEARS but the services that were provided was of very low quality and due to internal issues there where many teachers and center heads left (please contact me for their specific name )and this resulted in either no classes or class that where conducted by some assistant professors were very less or Zero informative this all thing continued for rest 3 Years and by that time we were fed-up with this institution and decided to quit and ask for refund and all we could receive was 4500 rs and none of the top management in the center helped us in any was and when we mailed those top management initially we received no response and after many mails one fine day a guy named simant called as and said they can offer us our certificates and are ready to continue our course and when we denied this offer (why should we enroll in the course that has zero value in my carrier life today today I have zero significance of IT in my life) the played a trump card and denied all the liabilities of firm as we have exceed the time frame of the contract

I enrolled my java devops course on june 2018 and paid the total lumpsum payment of Rs 68440..course duration is September 2018 till february 2018..they didnt inform me in prior that the course is non refundable not even a single word..i joined and attended only 10 days of class after tat because of personal problems i cannot able to continue..so i emailed them for refund..it was a month i waited for the response..today they saying they can only refund Rs 4000..these guys are totally fake..they just called me so many times until i pay the fees..now not even respinding properly saying itz head office response..nothing can be done by them..

I have enroll for niit program and the institute has committed me to start the programme from 04.10.2018 and on that commitment i have made the fees to them as i had stated very clearly of my program of going out station and there executive promised to complete the course by that time, but till date no calls for start of the program has come and on my calling them for reversal of the fees amount of 5000/-they say that there is no policy for the refund.
Now due to paucity of time i cant join the course as time duration required is one month for the course and the time commited to me has lapsed and i am leaving the city on 03.11.2018, so by any way i will not be able to take up the course. But the director is obdurate towards giving the refund.
Hence i request you to kindly help to recover the fees that is being paid to them for 5000.00.

When i have completed my 70 course and told my faculty to schedule my exam, but they denied to schedule my exam and told me that firstly you have to pay all money then you can give your exam, and they increased my fees. At the time of admission they told me fees is 30, 000 with all the taxis and now they are demanding 38, 000 from me even i told them to convert my course into certificate in java but they denied and told me you have to complete this course.
Sir please help me i am a lower middle class boy i can't afford this.
