This is to state that I Vikas Goyal Employee Code 43008 serving NSSL since November 2005 PF a/c No DL/33692/000789, has applied you several times to Transfer my provident fund amount from A/C held with my previous employer 'Teletech India Private Ltd' ( PF Office : Nehru Place, No Trust) (DL/27353/001559) to PF A/C held with NSSL, but this is not done till the date .

Please look into the matter as an urgency and do the necessary action,

I had completed by G-NIIT course by year 2007 with one year exp with company.But still I didnt receive my certificate yet. I had previously reguarly use to ask about then came to know that the amount I had doesnot match the fee of the course and they didnt receive cheques from Dehli branch either as I had attended some exams where I was promised to get discounts and I received many offers at that time. Due to changes of management, teachers and people out in Matunga NIIT. Management was handled by Kadambari and Piyalee. My mom has at start given xeror copies of the discount to Kadambari madam and then after few months then I and my mom went to NIIT then Kadambari madam said that give us the orginal of it I need to sent it to Dehli head office so my mom then after two days came to Matunga NIIT and gave it to her. After that few months I again came to check then Kadambari madam was not there in matunga she was shifted to some other branch and new people didnt knew anything. They directly blamed that I didnt pay any amuont only. After few rounds I was irrated and thought to leave that certificate. Recently I came to know about this site so thought why cant I use it.

I applied for gniit course in suraj complex, bartand branch in dhanbad, Their front office is too good and the councilor sitting over their are very smart and CHALU. But the computer in the class room are very old like it will take more than 20 minutes to start if it start. And i am sure out of 10 computer only 1 computer will start. Teacher are not qualified, they cant tell you or sort out your problem at a time, but take more then 2 weeks, fees is very very very very high.Coerce never going in time.And you have to give fee in advance because fee is giving in monthly basis and your semester’s are never going to be finished in 6 month so you have to pay advance fee like after giving 10 month fee you get finessed your fist semester.They never think about your placement they only interested in you before taking the admission after they don’t care for you and also they don’t give you any respect.
Most important thing there is not a single faculty whit good knowledge. Most of the time faculty which is provided not come to the class he sent a student to teach.

please do something to this center.

I shall paid my fees for BSc IT(IV-sem) in september 2008 but the center did not get me any identity card or anything like that.Then in jan.09 they come to my home &ask for fees of V-sem my parents gave him the fees &when my father ask for the exam. or i.d or classes they dont give any answer and now i have no idea what can i do ? please do some thing to manage it all... they do not meet me &always having excuse for everything ...PLEASSE HELP ME...!!!

i am student of gniit in niit ltd rajouri garden.i have complete my gniit but i have not taking my PP because my gradution in not complete.i have say that i have submit my fees on due date by 1 apr 2009.

they have inform me on first time, i have say that i say that i have told you on evening on submit my fees.but ihave go somewhere om urgent work for two or three days.on that day they have cancel my admission and not informe that you have notsubmit the fees, so we can cancel your admision.

I Joined NIIT Mylapore centre in the year 2006 for GNIIT program. I have paid all my fees and its been verified by cashier. did my one year internship program in Sify Technologies. I completed my GNIIT Course on October 31 2008. But still i didnt receive my certificate. Now they are telling there is a financial problem. All my class mates got their certificates. But they are delaying for my certificate. Please take action to receive my certificate.

I am a B. Tech final year student and I joined the NIIT, Swaroop nagar (Kanpur), on 4th feb 2009.
their receptionist told me to submit the total fees on that day itself. I asked her to let me do a trial class. but she did not agreed. after all i had to pay 1500 rs at that moment then i attended the class.
after 10 days their teacher Miss Sonam told us that she has to go for her exams.
and her replacement teacher was so poor that he was not able to answer our single answer.
and they changed the faculty in five days. in this period my time was lost. and according to their promiss my course was of 30 days. but they could not complete it. now i don have time so i had to left the coaching.

I have joined niit in june 2007 for a course named as AAE, advanced accelarated course for engineers where the placement assurance was given . The course duration was 4 months and the fee was 56k in NIIT BASHEERBAGH, HYDERABAD and they have dragged it to 6 months . The faculty of NIIT was worst, and coming to the lab, most of the time there was some or other problem with the pc's out there like server is down, or the java is not there, errors problems etc .. and coming to placement assurance they have provided 10-15 companies out of which 3-4 times CAPGEMINI would conduct placement and 2-3 times convergys would conduct placements .Most of the boys get recruited in CAPGEMINI, where by girls will be thrown out atleast in the final list like if there are 10 people in the final list out of which 8 are boys and 2 are girls, 8 boys get recruited and 2 gals are left behind .It hapenned with me and most of my friends, Sun Solaris OS was introduced by NIIT, for which the faculty is not available at all, the course costed abt 4000/- . many people who have joined the course in nov 2006 are not being placed under the same course till the date . This is called placement assurance ..

its been 2 years..

Is there any way of getting back the transcripts & certificates? I have also lodged a complaint with the consumer court. Till today there is no response from either sides. What should I do? In my last mail I had already mentioned that I had to lose my job as I was not able to produce the certificates to my employer. Moreover I have to go to UAE soon. Can I get these transcripts & certificates from NIIT Calcutta immediately? I have all the official stamped receipts for the fees paid by me and they are legally bound to give me the transcripts and the certificates. Please help me in this regard.

Dear Mr GM operations, BSNL Noida,

I am writing this to you, becuase nothing seems to be all right with your company. I am deeply disturbed and concerned about the plight of your company operations.

We do have a BSNL landline connection no 2663177 that comes under dadri telephone exchange(Gt Noida). Becuase of continuos problems of wires cutting and stupid reasons it used to be six months down in an year.

After seeing your BSNL Broadband Ads, i once again approached my dadri exchange for reinstating the connection and help setup the braodband. They asked me to write an application and get the same signed from CO and took for fax purposes to the concerned authorities in Noida. they assured me that everything will be taken care of. They also told me to go to sec 19 noida and make the pending bill payment. I went on the next day to sec 19 and made the payment.

In sec 19 office, i was being told that you go to sec 37 office, that's where your problem would get solved. I went to that office and was being told to go to greater noida, where some reentry needs to be done and they need to send us the document only then we can proceed further.

I then personally went to greater noida office and got the same signed by the concerned officer and personally took that letter and gave it to some Mr jain in sec 37 who was holidying at about 4:00 in the afternoon with absolute no intention to work. I requested him repeatedly to make the entry and do the needful to which he said that it would be taken care of...you go home.

I was there in india for just about 20 days, now i have come back to Shanghai and it is almost 45 days since then, but no broad band connection has come up. My wife went again to exchange and tried to find out the same from sec 37 office also only to be told that no paper has been received.


This is just ridiculous...I am sorry but In a market economy like this, you simply don't deserve to exist. Just having preeti Jinta as a brand ambassador and with hefty slogans, doesn't make a company good. In fact a good service does.

if you think, it deserves to be attended, then its great...otherwise my expectations from you for solving this are real bleak...

Inspite of so many requests to CGRSHO section of NIIT Head Office and to the Calcutta Office I have not yet received a favorable reply from them so far. This is to remind that I had to lose my job as I was not able to produce the certificates to my employer. This is a do or die situation for me. Ms. Rituparna Rudra does not know the reason behind of not having my records. May I please know the reason behind it? I...

With due Respect we (Neel Raj Gupta 270/03, Gurpreet Singh 02/03 )just want to bring your attention to our matter we have completed the .NET course from your deemed insitutute.NIIT DELHI had the tie up with our collegre MBSCET JAMMU in the perod of 05/04/06 to -25/09/06 .we had given full fees of the course the return recipt no 5184, 5185, 7224, 7225, as attached in the attachemnt .But 1 month ago when we approach your NIIT JAMMU centre for our certificates they they told us that they are not concerned with the issue as the collge will have tie up with the you they are just acting as the bridge between our college and you (NIIT DELHI) .Kindly do needfull issue our certificates as early as possible as our collegues already got the certificates namely Varun Dutta, Amar bhat [protected].Fees receipt no. for your reference is enclosed, you can also contact MR NAVEEN NIIT JAMMU MOB NO - [protected], then we cant be able to understand why this incident happen to us.kindly do needfull we shall be very thankfull to you .Please consider this case as the urgent basis as we are not able to apply for jobs any where. My name is Alok Bharat Dand. I enrolled for Oracle DBA course in NIIT Matunga in June 2008. The counseller Ms. Maya told me that the course is of 10 months and its divided into four modules. Each module would be costing me around Rs. 7, 303 (including taxes). I paid the fees for all the four modules and my course started in July 2008. The first two modules got completed smoothly by December 2008. But after that still today the rest of the modules had not started. Now today I came to know that my course has been shifted to NIIT Bandra center due to shortage of students and Bandra Center has good infrastructure to support the course. I spoke to Mr. Prashant (Center Head, Matunga) on this and he told me that for one module I will need to go to another center. As I am a working professional, I am not able to take out time on weekends also for this course. When requested for refund, he cleanly said that the fees won't be refunded as its already submitted to Oracle Corporation and we cannot ask the money back. My point is why didn't they told me about this switch before I enrolled for the course and on top of it when I don't want to go ahead with the course, they are even not ready to refund me the amount. Can someone please help me out in this and suggest me how to get my fees back ?

I HAD TAKEN THE ADMISSION FOR 'ASP.NET' AT DADAR(W) BRANCH. THEY FORCED ME TO TAKE THE ADMISSION FOR 'C' WHICH I AGREED ON ACCOUNT OF THAT THEY WILL GIVE ME A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY BATCH OR WILL REFUND MY FEES. AFTER THEY CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THEIR IS NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY BATCH FOR 'C' AVAILABLE WITH THEM. THEY TOLD ME TO GIVE IN WRITTEN FOR REFUND OF FEES. I GAVE THEM THE LETTER, BUT AFTERWARDS THEY TOLD ME THAT REFUND OF FEES IS NOT POSSIBLE INSTEAD OF THAT THEY WILL TRANSFER THE FEES TO THE REMAINNING AMOUNT OF FEES OF 'ASP.NET'. AFTER THAT WHEN MY 'ASP.NET' EXAM WAS SCHEDULED THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS BLACKLISTED. THE ACTUAL FAULT IS FROM THEIR SIDE AS THE SPAN OF TIME BETWEEN ADMISSION AND EXAM WAS MORE THAN 2 TO 3 MONTHS. IF THEY HAD TOLD ME EARLIER THAT THE TRANSFER IS NOT POSIIBLE. I WOULD BE LOOKED INTO IT EARLIER. i have appeared in a test of NITAT (5th national IT aptitude test) on 18th jan., 2009 & secured AIR of 8694 out of the 73122 candidates .they have given a page on which they have written that anyone who will secure AIR(all india rank) less than 10000 will get prize surely like virgin mobiles, dell laptops, reliance nat data card...
but now when i go to them & asked about it, they told that these prizes are for only those candidates who will join NIIT (even when there was no T&C) on that page .They also uploaded all the information on the webpage of NITAT www.niit.com/nitat, but done some technical problem with the site so that none can't login on the webpage & get some prize ...

One of my friend joined NIIT Ltd; kalina Centre, for GNIIT ( 1 Year ) course in August 2007, Niit promissess her that she will complete their Semister in 6mths but it tooked 1yr to complete a 1st MT . They promised a course duration of 1 year.
Now its February 2009, i.e. about 1year & 6 months and they have not been able to complete even half of the course. While joining the course, she had planned for MA. But now she is finding herself into the viscious circle of the NIIT centre. Please tell me what can she do to get her fees back.

have joined NIIT meerut( begum brige branch) on november 06 with an intention to complete dot net course by february. But from the first day onwards i felt lot of disappoinment. Very poor atmosphere, poor
labs, dishonest behaviour of office staff.
They haven't yet finished my courses...

this NIIT BTM layout is a total bakwaas institute.. it consists of filthy business minded people who want nothing but money.. bunch of crazy out there.. i joined somewhere in mid november to this idiotic place, was fooled by counsellling of ms.Kusuma, who is the centre head right now.

I paid fees on Nov 15th, but classes started only after a week that too, with much persuasion from my side and asking for refund. I was the only student in the class while other students plonked in, both new and also from other batches.. one mr.Munikumar was handling my classes but he went missing suddenly. But this what these crazy people say but what the truth is that they had a dealing and then parted. One of my batchmates spotted him a souple of days back. These hypocrites said that "we dont know where munikumar is, we dont have any contact, this that and all crap with "

HOw can a company not have it s own employee details?

so, after this guy ran away we didnt have classes for 3 weeks..

and lots of drama in between these days, it s 3rd of FEB today..

and still my SQL isnt over(not even the first book out of the three, my Java is halfway through)..

the irony is that half of my batchmates have joined before me, i.e september n so on..

this is a total bakwaas institute and i dont have the patience to narrate the whole incident.

i am including my first e-mail to these buggers here.. remaining i ll post later on.. read on, NEVER EVER JOIN THIS STUPID GOOD-FOR-NOTHING INSTITUTE..

This letter is being drafted on behalf of my father, as he he is busy. This is Sai Aditya J, currently a student at ur NIIT BTM centre for Core Java and Oracle Courses. I would like to bring out who issues with which you people have kept nagging me!

I came on 15th of November(fortunateley or unfortunately) to ur BTM centre; even after i had a bitter experience at another NIIT centre.I just came for the brand name NIIT, and u guys there at BTM seem to be spoiling it. U informed me that a new batch is starting, so-so timings on 17th of the same month and that i should pay the fees on the same day and i can attend classes from 17th. So my dad had paid the fees on the same day(Receipt no : 2851). Then just before i could start for class on 17th morning, my dad gave a confirmation call to you, and u said that there is "NO CLASS TODAY". The same happened the next and following days. Reason ? U people had not gathered enough students for the class.

Then y did u promise me the class starting date and made me pay the fees?

then after a long heated arguement with the concerned people and after i had demanded for refund(as i did in the earlier case of other NIIT centre), u people agreed to start the batch with only me as the student.

So i thought that ur motives were genuine, but to my dismay, as usual, Mahesh came and said, u just brush up the OOPS concepts and regular classes would start by next week.(thinking that he could gather more people within the speculated time). I got angry and said i cant be kept waiting, i have a million other jobs to do, and again i had a heated arguement with them. The result? Classes commenced the same day with Munikumar as the faculty for both Core Java and Oracle. i was the only guy for a few days, after which few people had joined my batch.

Now everything was going fine when again, u people fiddled up with the timings. One day, u say come at this time, the next day u say no no, come at this time, this and that.Do u think we are dummies? Again i had an arguement and the centre head promised me that the timings wont change and u can continue your classes.

Then i noticed that, FEW GUYS FROM OTHER BATCHES, WHO HAD ALREADY ATTENDED CLASSES FROM OTHER STAFF WERE WANTING TO COME TO MUNIKUMARS BATCH AND THEY DID THE SAME AND THEY WERE ATTENDING CLASSES WITH ME AS THEY WERE UNSATISFACTORY WITH THE SPEED AND PACE AND KNOWLEDGE THE OTHER STAFF HAD!

Read those students as Raghavendra, Anitha, Bavithra, etc .. Point to be noted.

And i dont want to elaborate more on the timings issue, and the timings were like this. 9 30 to 11 30 Java and 11 30 to 1 00 as Oracle.
But effectively the Oracle class hardly went on for an hour a day. Reason? No proper classrooms alloted to us, No proper working systems if at all a class is found. And with all these, Mahesh was putting pressure on Munikumar to finish off the classes soon(Business tactics i guess;so that another batch can be started in that slot).

Then came this.. Suddenly, i was informed through Munikumar one night(5th JAN) at 10 30 by SMS that there willl be no classes on the following tuesday and Wednesday. Reason? GOD knows. He didnt respond to calls or SMS s after that and something fishy was going on. He is missing from that day along with Raghavendra, (He also hung up when i asked about Munikumar) till date; and classes are not going on for both Java and ORACLE. We students were not happy about this and asked mahesh about what happened to Munikumar. He says he doesnt know and he asked us (both JAVA AND ORACLE GUYS) to attend classes from some other faculty.

We were strongly against this, as we feel that Munikumar had his own style of teaching and he never went according to the book. He taught us practically and he missed out few points which he would catch up later on during some other ocassion. More than that, as the Java and ORACLE batches are already half-way in pogress, ITS DIFFICULT FOR US TO ADAPT TO THE NEW STAFF and also the new pace.He tried convincing us sying Munikumar is not a certified faculty, this that and blah blah.

After much persuasion, mahesh asked the Java batch to wait upto Monday, the 19th and see if Munikumar turns up and if he does, he asked us to attend 4 hrs of Java which eats up the Oracle session and he said this strongly "Munikumar wont take SQL hereafter". When asked for the reason, he just blanks out on us.The CHEAP Business tactic involved here? Mahesh s idea is to merge the SQL batch with an ongoing SQL batch, which is much ahead o[censored]s and also a different staff. I spoke personally with those batch students and they told me their situation. They were many chapters ahead o[censored]s and when i went again to talk about this to mahesh, he said the same statements to me again.

Mahesh mentioned this also. "I[censored] WANT U CAN ATTEND THIS BATCH SAME TIME, BUT MUNIKUMAR WONT TAKE SQL". I dont know the reason behind this.

After all this we guys decided not to dance to any o[censored]r tunes and we quit classes till Monday(even though ther were not any).

the FUNNY thing is Mahesh wants me to attend Java 9 30 to 1 and also ORACLE 11 30 to 1. How can i? Please read the statement again and see how silly it its.

Till now i have paid 28k approx to ur institute and i feel it s a waste due to the way you people are behaving,

On top of this, U people have tried to isolate me alone and call my other batchmates for class and also held classes for GIRISH(yesterday and today as he was bhakra for u people). This is upto no good and i badly want refund of my PL/SQL
money given the case you people never change.

We also agreed that, If munikumar comes on monday, we ll attend 4 hrs of JAVA, also we ll attend ORACLE from another staff as said by you, BUT it should BE A NEW BATCH( for obvious reasons as i mentioned earlier).

But mahesh or kusuma didnt budge to this too.

My conclusion? I am fed up of arguing with ur guys, that s why i have resorted to e-mail(which will serve as a proof also incase of consumer disputes on a later stage).

So, please dont call me by phone and play the fool again, just e-mail a reply.

I expect a sensible reply and decision by you, else i am bound to take strict action on you people for the reasons stated above.
