Hi u r not the only one, i agree that the staff of NIIT is very bad. N not only NIIT Kottayam(Kerala) but NIIT, Cannaught Place centre, delhi is also not good. They people are just disguisting. I also cant explain in words.

1> I got my book 22 days after paying my all dues.
2> They donot have any time schedule.My class is from 3 pm .There is not a single day when my class begin before 3.40 and sometimes at 4.30 or beyond that.

4> They donot have any infustructure for running the course Linux System Administration.They donot have RED HAT LINUX installed in a single machine.I had repeatedly told HOC about it but nothing is happening.For last one week I am going to NIIT jadavpur but no class is conducted.I have talked with Shouvik Ghosh but nothing happened.Then monday Sharmistha madam assured me that at least Red Hat would be installed on tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes in NIIT Jadavpur.Today is sunday it is still not installed and Shouvik Sir or Sudipta mam no one knows when it will be installed. I have told you that for last one week I am coming mam is saying red hat is not installed and I am going home. Nobody is bothered at all. If I ask when the answer is tomorrow. Let me tell you one thing red hat is free software so you can download it freely from net .It will take hardly one hour. Everyone knows it but nobody is taking the pain to download it. When I took admission I was promised that the course will be completed within one month. Now I am seeing that no way it is possible to complete my course within the stipulated time. This is the case with free software so god knows what will be the case with printer and modem. You have no infustructure to run a course like Linux System Administration. So why you people are cheating with students like me.
Tomorrow never comes in NIIT Jadavpur.

This is to inform you that i PRIYAL BERIWAL from COIMBATORE Rs Puram have joined NIIT during my summer vacations in may, 08.When i went for enquiry they assured me that they will be taking classes in english still they are taking classes in tamil.Since i am new to the city i don't know tamil properly. I have complained several times in HOC but they are not taking serious actions.They always give me assurity that from now onwards they will take classes in english but they never do so.When i took admission i was promised that the course will be completed within one month 15 days. now i am seeing that no way it is possible to complete my course within stipulated time.Now my school is going to reopen and it will create a problem since i have to go to tutions also. So i request you to take serious action and take my classes in english or if not possible kindly refund my money.

i joined NIIT Secunderabad on July 07. first they took 5 month to got my transfer case clear. and from July 07 till today I'm in 3rd semester. And every time I get new NIIT ID card they change the batch code. because of this students are facing many problems. And they do not conduct exams on time. I don't get who was that person who declare this NIIT center the BEST NIIT Center in South India. And every day they call me and ask to pay fee.

for this center NIIT stands for(Not Interested In Teaching )

I hate NIIT. It is true they are the worst, While taking admission they will force you and call you several times, for payment they will harass you like anything by when you go your Certificate they will goive you a number of reasons.

I have competed my graduation and joined NIIT for Maximedia course, I completed the course with good percentage, i completed my last module in Oct 2007, Today is 08th July 2008, till date I have not received my certificate. I have still not got any answer from them.

I hate NIIT. They are chitting company. I loss more than 75, 000 Rupees in this institute. I completed GNIIT on 2003 but I am not receive certificate from this Institution. I also enter thier MCSD course, 3 years given but not a class happend.

I agree to the experiences narrated by most of these people, but I think the Institution can overcome its present state of Affairs and present a much better picture if reforms are allowed. So I, firmly beleive.

A graduate from Gujarat University, I am now working at TATA AIG Life as Insurance Advisor. For enhancing my Skills in the software operations, I am enrolled at the Thiruvalla Branch/Centre of NIIT for the ASP.net, VB.net, and XML course on my own discretion. The centre in its present state is ill equipped as per my personal view. Due to its unsuitability to my case on account of various reasons including Timings, Faculty, Courseware, Study materials, Method of Teaching. I request you to admit me to the Kottayam Rolls if such and such is possible or Kindly give suitable advice as far as the next step goes.

The above student Sabyasachi Deyati is a cheater, characterlees, immoral and dishonest.
He had been RUSTICATED and REFUNDED out of the system for his alleged molestations with the Front Office Staff and Female Faculty member of the institute.
The student used come to the center under intoxication and used to use filthy language and pass filthy remarks to co-students and staff and is thereby spreading RUMOURS.Strict Legal Action will be taken against him henceforth.

I had joined niit, delhi pitampura in August 2008. I had an exam in december 2008. The c++ course was supposed to be completed in 2 months time. It never got completed as the teacher left. I had paid Rs4000 and i got zero value education. I wanted a B.tch batch but even 9th class was there in the same class. They play with careers and they should play dearly for it. I could have failed but i studied myself. They should be penalised heavily. I faced same problems as above like classes never getting started on time, incomplete course, no upgradation to other courses upon their failure to complete the course, worthless machines. They had never even issued me an i card. All i got is the fee slip. These people are very clever. They can make up things for the innocents in order to save their necks.

I went to niit thrissur centre to join .net and java program the condition of the classrroom was so poor that it doest meet any standards of atleast a local private computer education centre.there were 1 or 2 rooms whch is in a small building and not even 2 or more persons can walk side by side atonce. a friend of mine was studying for gniit there and i asked her about their coaching and placement.she said that the teaching is not bad but they are not strict enough.In their adds they have given 100 % placement guarantee, but they will only give us informations about vacancies or any other job fairs and is not giving direct placements from there centres.I know niit is one of best trainers of computer education in lndia, yet those niit centres which are locating away from metro cities are not reaching up to the standards that meets the requirements of employers.

Hi I have also the same problem from niit which u have. I have taken admission in maximedia that is animation i have paid 62000 rs for this course for two years. It is in Andheri (east) Mumbai. The staffs who r working have no sence to talk with the students even the faculty have the same problem. After teaching if v ask dought they say that wait for a minute or say ask in next class and most of the time batch is cancelled and even for three to four months batches has been cancelled. Most important thing about the placement it is the worst placement in the world. About the pc it has also become so useless because of virus and some tachnical problem.
Looking at there behaviour and irregular teaching i asked refund money of the last course but they didn't refund it. I mostly refer that we should come together and do a case on them so thatnext time not only waste others money and time

I have joined NIIT kolkata(Gariahat) on Feb 2010 with an intention to complete dot net course by August. But from the first day onwards i felt lot of disappoinment. Very poor atmosphere, poor
labs, dishonest behaviour of office staff.
They haven't yet finished my courses till now.
Irregular classes.
Unwilling to give offers to students, that are issued by NIIT.
The course costs abour Rs.22000.
But the situation there is very poor.
No words to explain my disappoinment.
Lots of students are trapped by them only because of the reputation of NIIT.
But unfortunately NIIT Kolkata(Gariahat) is far behind the NIIT standards.
Almost all other computer instititions are giving Dot net 2008.
But NIIT Kolkata(Gariahat) centre teachung the old dot net 2005 version.

hii everyone.
. I m cpm singh. my life's biggest mistake was to get admission in NIIT Nehru place, delhi. whatever the commitments made by centre, all became fake. even my whole batch couldnt got placement still they promised for 100 % placement. not only this the students from out of delhi had to stay in delhi for a long time on thier own expences.
NIIT gave the offer letter to students but took back without any information. there were more disgusting incidents which each and every student of my batch had to faced. till today, 11 of feb, anybody havnt got the certificates even waiting for the placement.

i would also like to add my complaint here. And i wish no one should ever join NIIt as it just a wastage of money. I paid arnd 30000 for DDNT course At NIIt Chinchwad. from the very first class i came to know that i am not going to get what was told to me at time of admission. firstly, they told me they will complete course in 4 months.but the speed by which they taught was so slow it seems it will take a year to complete the course. secondly they told me certifications are included in fees again i got it wrong as u have to pay for same...so all in all NO ONE SHOULD EVER JOIN NIIT CHINCHWAD . then i got the job on my own and when i told them to refund the money as i have attended only 5-6 classes. they refused. they even refused to allow me to give test so that i can get certificate. also they never arranged for a weekend batch...
i am feeling CHEATED . and just wish i could have read these complaints before so that i was saved...
but please anyone looking for coaching please please please dont go for NIIT.

And the most interesting thing is..., according to management, IT education business is the most easy and profitable business in the world.

Also institute management think, If a new student take an admission to a new course, they can adjust very smoothly a "security guard" to teach student about High tech programing. condition is, if that 'security guard' get agree to teach on low salary.

I joined in Niit for 6 months diploma course in Basheerbagh, hyderabad. but now i am pursuing 12th month and not yet completed the course. no response on placements.

even small institutes can make better than this worst niit.

if i have a chance to punish the niit placement head(Jasvinder kaur) and lecturer(Meher satya prasad) . I'll kick on their back . and [censored] with my shoe...

what they say they will do is very different from what they actually do once the fees is paid.
no batch timings are considered , poor non English speaking faculty, and even worse atmosphere

Hi I finished my GNIIT in Trichur (Thrissur) and let me tell you my feedback.
1. The teachers are really good people and they put their complete effort in teaching us.
2. The infra is not so bad, but I would say, that can be improved. Like replacing CRT monitors etc
3. Front office staff and their co-ordination is superb!!
4. it was a batch of 7 people and I haven't seen anyone couldn't get placed in a company, unless the person has some attitude or communication related issues. It is almost 100% including myself :-)
5. The entire building is quite old.. but who cares if the center provide good education..
based on my experience i strongly recommend this course especially in Trichur center.. This course is providing what is required for the current market, and i heard the new curriculum is bit more interesting. Check it out friends..

my self M.Naveen Kumar,i recently joined for ORACLE DBA in NIIT,Basheerbagh,Hyderabad.at the time of joining they(center head) said course is complete with 3 and half months,but after completing 2 months they complete just 20% of course.that is they complete only Sql in two months.now they said their is no classes for you right now,November ending will continue the remaining classes,because there is no enough students for running class.i just asking one thing you sir why should i wait for joining some other students.i joined 2 months earlier then those students who joined now,but completion of course is at same time.

I said only one thing to you,be fair and frank.your placement commitment is false,don't give fake commitments and fake adds to attract students.i did a mistake with joining NIIT.

I had admitted my son Sri Sandipan Saha in NIIT at 128 Clyde house, Mall, Kanpur -1 for a 2 yr GNIIT course in May 2013 for which I had to pay RS 1.30 lakhs with a monthly fees of about Rs 8500/-. Before taking admission I had repeated consultation with the head of the coaching center and faculties .
They gave me a very lucrative picture of the course and placement thereafter.
As my son had an inclination for IT courses., I got him admitted . My son joined the course and I started paying monthly fees . For initial 2-3 months it was OK . then my son felt that nothing fruitful is being taught and complained to me . I met the head . He assured me that things will be taken care of . My son continued but even after that things remained same. By that time I had paid to the institution Rs 83, 500/-upto Feb 2014.
The complete course consists of 05 semesters and the faculties had not completed even Ist semester whereas I had already paid for more than 2/3 rd of the total fees . I found I had been fully cheated by the coaching center.
The center does not have knowledgeable faculty who can teach even the Ist semester. I am forced to say that it is a cheating center fleecing out taxpayers hard earned money. I want my money back .
My son has lost one precious year of technical education. I am afraid that not a single student had passed GNIIT from this center. Moreover whatever exams my son has passed during this period not a single certificate has been given to him.
When contacted by me with center head, he said that there are 1.3 lakh NIIT students, NIIT does not care for these type of complaints

I did not post this complaint expecting that my grievance will be taken care of and also due to my personal problems. but ultimately I resolved to post it so that parents like me are made aware and these type of cheating centres don’t grow.
I know some parents like me who are repenting for their children admitted in NIIT

NIIT is known for mis-selling over the years, just as the satyam scamster, the niit just sells courses it offers with the bent of mind of making students proficient and making ready for job in IT, but towards NO goal and money-oriented.
