NIIT — fees refund process

I have taken admission in niit.
For digital marketing course. It's more than 1 month. At the time of admission i clearly tell them that i can only attend weekend classes because i'm college student that's why i can't take week days classes. They told me okay we will try to make the classes on weekends.
1 week i got there but due to some technical issues class not happen.
On 2nd week i go there but no one inform me about the class reschedule.
When i try to talk with higher authorities of that branch. They told me the class has been rescheduled. They didn't respond me when i wait there for class. It's more than 1 month i have given them application for refund of my fees. But whenever i call them they only say we don't know anything. When i tried to call the higher person of authority. He didn't respond the call. Please do something.
