NIIT — they don't give my certificate

I was join niit from 2013 and till now i don't get my certificate. It's almost 7 years now i didn't get my certificate and i did gniit course. So why the hell i am not getting my certificate, when ever i did visit there they told me that you will get it soon and they told me this for almost 3 year.. They waste my all 7 years. Why is that almost 7 years now. I was joined August 2012 and it is September 2019 .. what are they doing ?
