[Resolved]  Nike India — not processing refund

I had ordered shoes from nike india website with order id go[protected] and it is stuck with customs since 13th june 2019. Their customer service email said i can ask for full refund. I did so and they have not responded to my email. Rs.19000 is stuck with them. Is this website even genuine? If it is stuck with customs then the shoes maybe fake too. Please respond how to handle this issue.

I ordered recently nike shoes on Flipkart past 2 months the sole was damage the sole stick is go to out please help this issue ASAP

Shoes are not good . My shoes are damaged 6 month. Price is high shoes are very very bad.

My shoes got struck in customs and i have requested for a refund, please let me know within how many days they will refund the money back to my account .
