I have purchased a nike bag on october 2 and we had sent it back and from past 10 days i had not received the money and it is not worth has local bag zips are not quality has we expected it was worst. I bought an expensive pair of shoes on march, 03, 2019, payment receipt no. S18/38352, purchase amount rs.4398/- from authorized nike show room 3c, db ozone, western express highway, near dahisor check naka, dahisor - east, mumbai-401107. I regret to inform you that the sole of the both shoes on ankle side - heel cushion came off within a 4 month of the purchase.
I have been a regular customer of nike products. My purchase record in your system as per my mobile no [protected]. I am attaching credit card purchase transaction with this letter. I appeal to you to repair the shoe or replace it as it is within the warranty period.

I had visited the shop on 25/08/2019 regarding the issue of sole for both shoes on ankle side - heel cushion came off within a 4 month of the purchase, but the official of the shop had refused to carry out any replacement as per them nike is not responsible for any defect in shoe once the item is sold. Under such circumstance i forced to make purchase of new pair of nike shoes of rs3172/- vide payment ref. No[protected] on the same day i. E. 25/08/2019 from the shop.

I’ve bought a pair of nike shoes at 50% discount buying two article scheme from kapil
Agencies zirakpur, punjab (Factory outlet show room).

Date of purchase was 6th of april 2019, and the cost of shoes after discount was are 4500/-.

Problem - shoes was air max and got punctured without showing any sign of damage or misuse. The air space is now collapsing and making shoes uncomfortable to wear.

I’m a regular user of nike since long, this is the first time i’m facing such issue that too on costly new tech shoes.

Please help me to replace this faulty shoes and provide the new one.

I got a football on 9th august and after a shot while playing, air of the football was burst and i guess it’s damaging. I don’t have the bill. But i asked in near by branch if nike about this case they told us that if you gave your number they have a copy of bill. And when i call the branch from where i got the ball they said we can’t exchange or refund in this case.

I had to return the product terry nike jacket yesterday due to the defective issue but the pickup boy didn't arrived and the reschedule option for the return product on the snapdeal app is not available, customer care is not responding.
I need to return my product and want my refund.

I bought the nike casual shoe on paytm. The left shoe fits tight and causes a pain if i use it for even 1 hour. Initially i thought this would go off and the tightness is because the shoe is new. Bit i really find it difficult now.

I did so and they have not responded to my email. Rs.19000 is stuck with them. Is this website even genuine? If it is stuck with customs then the shoes maybe fake too. I'm really dissapointed with nike brand, i purchased a nike revolution 3 running shoes from myntra on eors on 25th of june and i can bet that the product is a complete copied product. I have proof of this nike fake shoe. The layers are so thin and it can not last for even 3 months, i really don't understand why nike is allowing to manufacture fake products and are customers fool to pay 2000₹ for a fake product which does not even provide a good comfort while running 9r doing intensity workout. This issue should be taken on a very serious note. I'm not happy with the way these companies are cheating on us. Please look forward to give a resolution to this.

I have bought nike flex shoes a week back. After some regular use the material started to wear off and now it's torn. I had to shell out a good amount of money there, and the quality is not up to the mark.
The shoes are in no way mendable and are just a waste now. Simply put not serving their purpose.

I am pruthviraj ghosh and this is a request to nike for a verification as demanded by the snapdeal india (A well know brand in india). I have been shipped with a fake nike product originally shown on the snapdeal app by the name “nike undercover x react element 87”. I am attaching the photos shown on the snapdeal app and also photos of the product i received.

Currently i am requesting snapdeal to refund my money on this particular purchase as the product delivered is not even a nike shoe as promised by the seller - snapdeal india.in pursuation to the same, they have asked to verify the delivered product, i. E. The product i received, by nike authorities to prove that it is a fake product.

I request you to just view the shoes and give a verification. It would be a big help for me as my money is stuck. I had purchased a product of nike brand from snapdeal and i have been delivered with a fake product. I have been charged money which is now not been returned.

I trust in the brand nike and thus had ordered for the nike undercover x react element 87, with the photos shown on the snapdeal website. Please help and oblige.

I made a purchase at nike.com for rs.16494/- and authorised a transaction of the same amount with an otp from my #indusind bank account but the amount debited was rs.17195/-... I also have the invoice from nike for the amount of rs.16494 but the merchant #nike and my bank #indusind bank are hand in glove trying to fool the consumers... #nike #scamster does not reply and #indusind bank is supporting and covering the #fraud

Just to inform you that i bougt nike air max axis prem shoes on 28/04/2019 from nike factory store at dahisar check naka in mumbai. And after one day i realized that its havig size issue. I went to same store with same bill and box for exchange.
But they refused to exchange stating that shoes has bit dust.
But it was not any dusty anymore. Just in the sole it was bit of dust because i tried and walking for a while.

They refused to exchange within their policy date deadline.

I request nike, kindly do the need full for the same.

I placed an order online for a pair of nike air zoom pegasus 35. Size us 10 in nike online store. My location is bangalore, india and i followed all instructions and paid for the items. I immediately received a "transaction failed" message on screen. However, i received sms on the phone stating that the amount rs9547 had been deducted from the bank account.
