Nike India — replacement of a product which was damaged

Hi my name is amritpal singh
I had purchased a product ie is a lower on
24-dec-2018 from a nike store located in raipur chhattisgarh at magneto mall. The product ie is lower was damaged then is visited the store a day after & told them to change it because it was damaged so they told me that we will file a request and it will take 1 week but now you can see that today is 17january2019 & i haven't got the replacement what is this. Is this nike or some cheap store that they can't satisfied there coustomers my amount of the product is 3695/-rs
So plz refund my amount or replace the product it was a frest piece not a sale item & yet it was damaged hatts off to you guys that you are really interested in hurting your coustomers my bill invoice no is s18 3126
& once again the stores address is g07 magneto the mall raipur chhattisgarh india
