Nike India — Shoe sole faded after first wash

Dear Sir,

I bought my shoes from the Nike store in Beijing, after washing, soles faded away. I haven't rubbed them with anything. Just soaked in water overnight. I knew it that it has nit over the top so I cant use brush on it.

That's my favorite shoe.

I want to know what you can do because I am really very disappointed.
