Have had a pathetic experience after more than a year o[censored]sage of Niki and being an Elite user of Niki when my bill payment was not confirmed by the operator and the amount is neither refunded even after 4 days of doing the transaction. I need to pay the bill before 22nd December and have raised 3 tickets from your app support section as well but no reply. They don't even pick up your call. Worst support. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible or I will have to raise a complaint with Consumer court. I did transaction on the niki but it says माफ़ कीजिये! आपके द्वारा भुगतान की गई राशि आदेश राशि से मेल नहीं खाती है। हमने धनवापसी शुरू की है क्योंकि खरीददारी पूर्ण नहीं कि जा सकी। कृपया पुन: प्रयास करें but still no refund is given over 18 days n there is no cc number n doesnt reply to e mail
