B2c commerce platform niki. Ai is run by complete scammers who promote amazon gift vouchers on their platform and issue used codes. Several users have been defrauded of thousands (Rs. 10, 000 for me!) while these frauds offer no solution for months and do not even respond to emails — see the ordeal that is ensuing since oct 16 in the attached inbox screenshot. This is a major scam that needs immediate attention of higher authorities and the consumer court! I request fellow users who have been scammed in a similar manner by niki.
