Niki — not giving my refund

Recently, i made a txn of 252 ₹ & 203 ₹ respectively on 25th april, 2018 on niki app. Later my txns were gone in pending, and it is still showing pending. When i asked for refund, they simply ignored all mails regarding this as nothing happened at all. So i'm bringing you my intention towards fake services of niki application. I did recharge with 99 nd my money deducted from my bank account but my refund I didn't get yet . They're saying they refunded but its not credited in my bank account..
