I contacted niki store but they rejected my complaint and further i emailed on niki official but there was no response.
I want my shoe to be replaced.

Niki are closing my complaint without providing any resolution, so I suggest to all of you please do not buy anything on niki.

I made a bill payment on 1st february 2020 of adani electricity of amount 790 which after applying the promo code was rs 742. Txn id (C2002010038394587725322) order id ([protected]). But in my orders section why i am not able to see the invoice of that payment and why there is no confirmation for that payment given. And even after raising issue for the same 1 day ago no accurate solution was provided and not even any consent for this...

I did mobile recharge on niki via payzapp but amount debited from payzapp but niki disnt did transaction n says amount will be received i have that detail in payzapp wallet when will i get refund i cgecked on quora it says auto credit on 12 day is it true n if true why so much time as on your mistake why should we wait n ur customer care number is not valid how to contact them...

I made my electricity bill payment of rs. 72657/-, but amount credited only 7265/- (10% of debited amount). Where is my 90% amount??
I mailed to niki, but they are not taking proper action on it...
I also contacted to my electricity board, but they says, "in our data your amount credited is 7265/-" so better you contact there... What should i go?? What should i do?? Plz help or suggest me......

I paid my electricity bill using niki app but the payment was failed. And the deducted amount is still not credited in my account even i have mail them several times. Didn't get any answer in reply related to my amount. I request to take a strict action against them and make them refund the amount.

I paid my TNEB bill via Niki App, payment made through my Paytm Payment Bank. My Biller ( Niki ) intimated that payment got failed whereas my Banking partner Paytm deducted my money from my account. I will enclose all the screen shots of my payment history.

Today i done an airtel prepaid recharge of 558 on 1:31 pm by niki app, in niki app they shows that recharge was successful and total amount of recharge also debited from account but i have not yet received my recharge. I pay for recharge on airtel number [protected]. I provide all screenshot below.

Niki is sick paying or listening to kaepernick concerning anything. He is a sick messed up unpatriotic ungrateful individual bulling niki and anyone else who will listen to his dumb stupid opinion. He should be shipped to the country of his choice where life is better than the us who has paid him an insane amount of money for his talent. On 29th april, i recharged my jio number using the niki app and made a transaction of 1020.40 using paypal payment mode. The recharge order on the app is showing successful but balance is not reflecting on my jio number ([protected]).

As i am an older user of niki and yesterday (22/01/2019, 8:36am), i tried recharging my airtel nmbr for 399 from niki via paypal and the amount of rs 407.17 has been deducted from my bank a/c.
It shows in niki orders that recharge successful but the recharge has been failed. When i tried calling airtel customer care, they told me that recharge not done. Even when i contacted niki help line, they just ignored the matter and didn't sorted...

As I'm a old user of Niki, and I've been using it for last few years. Now I've came to know that i can't use their credits. If i can't then why im getting niki credits for using it.

Either they have to stop giving me a credit or they have to allow me to use my credit. Ive around 137 credit right now, which i can't use it at all. According to their policy, user can use 25% of it. And I'm unable to use even 1% of it.

I purchased track pant on 9th jun and this product stitches got open after 3 months, as per guaranty bill for 6 months i went for replacement but i'm getting waited for 2 months and still no update. Recently, i made a txn of 252 ₹ & 203 ₹ respectively on 25th april, 2018 on niki app. Later my txns were gone in pending, and it is still showing pending.

When i asked for refund, they simply ignored all mails regarding this as nothing happened at all.

So i'm bringing you my intention towards fake services of niki application.

Sir i have done recharge for my phone no jio and havent receved yet and payment ia not reflecting in my bank a/c a d amazon too i have screenshots for the payment and it shows that the payment failed and i havent recieved my recharge or jio. You can see in screenshot below, that one bill of 150rs is not done out of 2 bill of 150. Im sending order id. You can check & send refund.
