I was purchase one nikon digital camera on[protected] at croma indraprastha equinox, plot no. 23, 100 feet inner ring road kormangala bangaloree -95. and two year manufactures warrranty and 1 year extended warnanty. extended warnanty code 163594
My camera model coolpix L23 digital camera But after one an and half year camera was not on. after that i was contact to nikon service centre at Bangalore and he is not give response. I am very dis pointed with Nokon service. So I request to you pls look this matter and resolve.

    i have bought nikon cool pix s2500 camera on 28 march 2012 serial num 71018400 having 1+1 year warranty from QRS Retail limited Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Till now i have visited nikon service centre many times than visiting places with this camera. From the date of purchase itself it showed malfunctions. At first it showed battery exhausted. Sales executive told that its coz of less charge. After few days the camera cant be switched on even after fully charged.3 times i have went to nikon servise centre in thiruvananthapuram. After some days they will return the product then the problem again rises after few days. Itz not the battery problem coz they have already changed the battery two times. I want this product to be replaced. I am sending this complaint because service centre personels here are irresponsible personels. I want this camera to be replaced as soon as possible.please take necessary steps.waiting for your favourable response

      HP — offers were not given

      never buy hp products. i was given one scheme by hp india on phone after i made inquiry about warranty plans, after some days they called me again and repeated the scheme and send me the sms of the dealers address. after that i purchase the laptop from the dealer but there was no scheme he told me, i was in hurry so i bought the laptop and thought let it go...but after my shopping the next day ,hp again call me about the scheme and when i replied i have bought the laptop, he told me to ask the dealer about the scheme but dealer refuse that such scheme is there ,after several complain from my side and they call me no of time with the same answer they would look in to this and i am entitled to the scheme and ask me to mail my complain also,



      after my visit to dealer to collect my accessories he showed me hp mail showing the advertisment of scheme which start on 1st oct and as i have bought on 28/sep/2011 i would not get the scheme and hp is making you fool.

      then after i got a call from hp,someone talk to me in the very tone as if i am the murderer and he is judge,, he told me that wheather i have any name who gave me call from hp , any written proof , or assurance given by dealer, how can he be sure that i was instructed by hp,,


      after hearing this my mental state got high and i replied ,,how is possible that " hp is giving me voice call and asking me for written proof, everytime we call someone new answers it, is it possible to remember everyones name, and you are making call you should check your database instead of asking me, then he replied that its not his job, and when i said that i would move in consumer forum and would say that you offer me this and that then what hp would be able to give the proof ""

      then his voice came low and ask me to again inquiry with hp india toll free no and ask his name and email id and he said he would call me in evening,,,still waiting for that evening to come. when i call hp india they told me the scheme but on listening whole drama he told me he would inquiry from his senior about scheme's date, he told me the date is from 1 st oct and as i was given a call from hp about scheme i should mail the same,


      after that complain and call ,they stop responding, i got that i am not elligible for offer as i bought the laptop two days before the scheme started but they are the only who called me before and gave the scheme and after that asking for proof...

      not ready to accept their fault , i would recommend everyone not to get involved in their customer care promises ,or just go for another brand.

        I had purchased Nikon Cool pix L26 on 24th July. 2012 just after two months of purchasing key bottom pad(Delete option ,Scene bottom etc) is not working and repair the same(Replaced main PCB Unit Set and made ok) at service warrenty office Bhubaneswar(order no-BBS-001615 dated 6.11.12) .withen in one week but after 15 days it is found that, at the time of capaturing of Photo graph when flash coming out the camera is shut down in opening condition then if i open the battery then it works again but at the time of flashing the camera is shut down. so how the problem is over come again and again.

            I've bought Nikon D3100 DSLR from Dubai, with international warranty. Now after a couple of months the flash is not working. I've contacted an authorized Nikon service center and they have denied to service it saying there is no service in India. Its very disappointing, never expected this response from such a big brand. :( :(

                  I have purchased nikon coolpix s4000 vide order no 7054871 from rediff shopping. After three months it stop to work. And rediff deliverd not a genuine prdouct because i contacted to nikon company they told me that nikon company gives nikon india pvt ltd warrenty card and all genuine accessorues with their each product but rediff dosenot do the same. I sent my camera via Dtdc plus on 17.07.2012 and i ruin my around rs500/ to- contact them but they told me daily that sir tomorrow. They are not ready to give my money of my camera with genuine accessories and nikon warrenty card.

                  I have purchased nikon coolpix s4000 vide order no 7054871 but its defective one. I have sent on 17.07.2012 via Dtdc plus but they told me that sir wait and wait but till date nothing received. I waste my Rs500/- to contact rediff and they told ne that talk to dealer. Also this product is not a genuine one because they delivered without nikon india pvt ltd two year warrenty card. I have also contacted to nikon they told me that nikon gives warrenty card with their each product then why rediff do not. Atleast 18 days left now they are not ready to give my camera with warrenty and all accessories. Either rediff is not giving my money or camera with warrenty card and all accessories. I feel cheated now. I never told to anyone to ruin thier money in rediff prodects.

                    I had Purchased a Nikon camera Sl No 70119846 Coolpix S220 dated 30 Jan 2010 from your dealer Nanthilath G mart Trivandrum Kerala India with 2 Years (1+1) warranty It was used below 10 occasion and handled by me only, Most of the time item in my Almirha. After one year camera display shown a vertical bright line throughout the on position, but camera workingwith line and picture quality very poor. Camera repaired by your authorized service Centre Ernakulam, Kerala through Thiruvananthapuram Credenser collection Centre, dated 16/7/11. Display complaint and they have repaired(display changed) and service cost collect from me Rs 3700.00 during the warranty period. After warranty period again problem camera lens automatically closed and not working the equipment. Again contacted the collection centre and camera sent to the Ernakulam Service centre on 13/4/12. After one week they contacted and told me service cost Rs 2700.00 without any guarantee for working properly. thus the fact that actual camera cost Rs 7800.00 + 1 st repair cost Rs 3700.00 already spent Rs 11500.00 another Rs 2700.00 not affordable, If I spent total Rs 14200.00 not worth due to non guaranteed service. so I request to the service personal, second service not required and return my camera without any service.
                    Very much I am feeling that and humbly request you to service centre collected amount(warranty period) of Rs 3700.00 returned and without any cost you will be given to me a new camera for the same or higher or to be repaired and give one year guarantee for the existing camera.

                    nikon digital camera — S220 picture quality very bad

                    I bought a nikon digital camera 10 mega pixel. The quality of pics is very bad. It does not have 10 mega pixel quality. I want them to take back my camera and give me the money so that I could buy a better camera than nikon.

                    Nikon camera S220 — Returned camera is not working

                    On 22/06/2011 I had given a nikon cool pix camera for service in your
                    Cochin ,Kerala service centre
                    Order No.is 600043 Sl.No 70737967 Model S220 .After few days they
                    contacted me and told that the repairing cost will come around 4500/-
                    then I informed the to back camera without repairng . On 6/7/2011 I
                    collected camera from trivandrum collection centre. Before I given for
                    service camera was in a condition to take photos ,usually it shows
                    lens error but after five minutes it was in a condition to take
                    photos. When they returned it back it was not in a condition to take
                    photo and also the made it more damaged condition.

                    Now I again sent to the for recheck the camera is with them. When I
                    contacted through telephone they behaved very rashly and I also I felt
                    very badly.

                    Now I need my camera in previous condition ,Now what I have to do get it like this pl.inform me

                      Dear Sir,

                      I procured a Nikon Coolpix S2600 Digital Camera Through Home Shop18 under order no.43607975 the Camera received on 31.05.2012 and display is not working since 08.06.2012. During my Delhi visit on 16.06.2012 I asked the address of Service Center at Delhi the customer care has confirmed address of service center Delhi with their phone no while asking the details from service center to reach them easily the attendant of telephone fully guided in this regard. I reached Nikon Service Center, Pusha Road, Samyak Tower, Karol Bagh New Delhi but surprised that the office was closed and watchman stated that the office will be opened on Monday.

                      The person who was attended my phone did not told about their closing day resulting unnecessary wastage of my time as well as money for Taxi fare.

                      Now I want the following:
                      Company should collect the product from my residence and return after proper repair/rectification the problems or replace with a fresh camera immediately.

                      Nikon coolpix, digital camera — goods has not been received

                      I booked Nikon digital camera Nikon coolpix P-60 vide booking no. 5056644 dated 6/12/08 on rediff shopping. Payment was made by net banking vide BIL/[protected]/rediff.com/5056644 dated 6/12/08. Tota payment was Rs. 7050.00 only. But I have not received my booked goods and not received any message from rediff shopping. I want to return my money or send goods without any delay.
                      If i will not received my goods or money, I will compalint in consumer forum.

                        This complain is in reference to the complaint made by Mr. Dipen Bhatia and I presenting here a different opinion other than his complaint attached below

                        Dear Mr. Bhatia,

                        Thank you for your complaint, your effort is sincerely appreciated. I am drafting this comment as I have done internship in Nikon Elevators and know the company upfront. I am not currently attached with the company but as a moral obligation I am drafting this comment.

                        First of all your description is appreciated but there are few important points which are missing as follows:

                        1). You haven't written how old is the building? Or how many years have it been since the lift is working? As lift has maximum wear and tear if it's not used but abused. Please pardon me if my comment is offensive but I have seen this durin my visits that people don't pay attention to the capacity of the lift and use it randomly and then say its bad. I am just providing here prospective of the company as being consumer we tend to feel as king and don't realise what the other side of story is.

                        2). You mentioned that you contacted the CEO Mr. Manoj Shah and you found out that he was not paid hence he didn't gave you the appropriate response. Please pardon me but would you work I you are not given salary? You say you bought the house with your hard earned money it's very much appreciated but Please understand someone did hard work in making the lift and hasn't got his payment is that fair in your eyes?

                        I understand our complaint hence I would like to suggest that you create a housing committee of not formed yet and then approach the company with settlement proposal and explain your expection of work and quality and if you pay accordingly you are bound to get that service. I can say so as I have worked in the company and seen that they provide material which is promised and I have high respects for Mr. Manoj Shah as I have learnt a lot from him and I can gurantee that you won't find someone as hard working as him.

                        I don't intend to paint a rosy picture here and say everything is perfect in Nikon Elevators as nothing is perfect but the company has enthusiasm and a leader who is trying hard despite short comings to achieve desired results.

                        I am an engineer from a reputed college and doing Masters from abroad currently, I have given this details not intimate anyone but to prove that what I have written above is not out of my respect or attachment with the company but knowing exactly what I am saying. I am technically correct when I say the material used in the Lift is as promised.

                        I also suggest you that you please contact Mr. Mandeep Shah son of Mr. Manoj Shah he himself is an engineer and following foot steps of his father. His contact email is [protected]@yahoo.co.in. I shall update you all with his contact number soon.

                        Mr. Bhatia complain was as follows:
                        Dear Sir,

                        I reside in Baroda, Gujarat and 3.5 years back I bought a flat at below address
                        A-3/210 Chandragupt Flats, Harni Road, Vadodara -06.

                        I bought the flat with the elevator service, The elevator which was installed in the flat was from a make named NIKON ELEVATORS. This elevator has not been functioning properly since last day 1. Either some of the parts get faulty or something or the other goes wrong. The level of the lift is not maintainted and there has been numerous instances where people have got stuck in the lift and it was a big amount of mental torture to get them out of that DABBA.

                        I have contacted the local sales people numerous times to come and service the lift regularly, but I dont see any technical person coming and doing that, A guy comes in and oils the ropes and goes away, no leveling or anything done.

                        Lastly after 3.5 years today I decided to search the INTERNET with that name and found the main office number, when I talked with the owner MANOJ SHAH, I found that the builder has not paid him full payment and so he is not taking any interest in the maintenance of life.

                        As a consumer, I am not concerned with who payed and who did not payed, as a matter of fact, the residents of the society paid their hard earned money to buy this flat and now the lift is not working.

                        Its more like a danger box for everyone, which can stop at any time and kill any one.

                        I dont know what to do now, but this is a harassment to the consumer.

                          Hi
                          I have given my Nikon D-40 for repairing at Nikon service center (authrosied) at Koregaon park near Taj Blue diamond hotel.
                          But this service center is terrible and third class
                          Since 3 months they did not make my camera repair always saying parts shortage
                          They dont have courtesy to inform customers............ Very hopeless and thirdclass serivce
                          I want to contact Nikon Manager for this if any body can share his no or mail address that will helpful

                            Myself Sachin Gupta had purchased Digital Camera Nikon Coolpix S3200 two days before Diwali (in the month of october 2011) and its hardly 4 or 5 months since I purchased it.

                            Last sunday I was at choupati and was clicking photos then suddenly a big wave hit the rock and water spilled over my DigiCam.
                            The digicam has started dysfunctioning since then. sometimes it doesn't starts , sometimes it clicks blurred images.

                            When i visited Nikon service center on Tuesday they denied to repair it despite having 2 yrs of warrenty period on the grounds that we haven't handled it properly and I was asked to pay 5000rps for repairing digicam at my own cost.

                            I want to register complaint against company and the service center. Please guide me for further action.

                              I recently purchased a new nikon L120, it comes with four original nikon rechargable batteries, but navrang electronics provided 2 loose and used batteries in the box and denying to replace the batteries. People at NAVRANG ELECTRONICS SUCKS!!! They sell used and defected products. I have also heard the same complains from my friends also. They sell products on higher prices as compared to other sellers. Executives carry very stupid attitude, always talks nonsense. Infact, the owner's attitude is also worst. They all are , HOLE.
                              The attitude of the owner and other executives is very pathetic. My Overall experience is WORST.

                                I just purchased Nikon coolpix S3100 model on 16th of jan 2012 from sec 22 chd, and day before yesterday i was trying to charge my camera but i was facing the issue that once i connect the charger with camera than charging light blinks for 1 or 2 min after that it goes off. I called to your customer care and from them i got the address of nikon service station address which is in chd sector 34 by the name of modern electronics.
                                and they checked the camera and they found that there is a issue with charger and they said that in warranty period they dont cover the charger but is told them that this is a new one and i just purchased few days back and they said that they cant do any thing because accessories are not covered and they said that they will send the mail but they are not sure will it be replaced or not. I purchased first time Nikon product and this is one of the my bad experience with this kind of well known company. In case if you are sending the accessories with product than it is assumed by the customer that these accessories are properly checked by your technicians and if we are getting the issue with accessories than you need to replace it. In case if there is any kind of damage on charger than i can say that you guys cannot replace it but there is not any kind of damage and you guys should also consider that this is recently purchased by me. I dont know one cx how much matters for you but i want the best response from you guys.

                                  With reference to Service invoice K1103687, I would like to raise my concern as a customer to my highest level of dissatisfaction and regrets.

                                  I had gone to your Service outlet in Kolkata at PS plusbuilding, 1st floor, 238A, A.J.C.Bose Road –Kolkata, for Repair of my Nikon Camera (coolpix L-10).

                                  It took more than 3-4 days to identify the issue.Unfortunately when I enquired about the cost of repair they have quoted a priceof INR-7921.

                                  The rates are exorbitantly highand improper explanations are provided, I would like to enquire on record that how the price of a product which in my case is INR 3990 is more than cost of repairing which is double the original market price of the camera.

                                  Please see the attached original receipt of buyer copy andquotes of repair provided by your service outlet.

                                  More over Product is Purchased in INDIA itself.

                                    I have purchased Nikon cool pix S-8100 camera (Serial no.[protected] from Nikon authorized dealer COLO COLOR PVT. LTD. - Shop no. 3, Sushila Mayekar Shopping Center, L. T. road, Borivali west, Mumbai- 92 on 27/08/2011 (Invoice no. 000085). I have a bought 1+1 year extended warranty also.
                                    Though i was using camera as per instructions given in manual, my camera battery has got bloated/ swollen in just 3 months of purchase and i am not able insert it properly into camera.
                                    It was not at all expected this from a internationally reputed brand like NIKON.

                                    When i wrote to its customer supports team, they said i have to purchase a new battery as its not covered under warranty and i have no option to purchase.

                                    Kindly request you to look into the matter and guide me on solution for this. I would appreciate if they provide a replacement.

                                      I have bought a Nikon Coolpix S220 Digital Camera on 12 Feb 10 costing Rs 7900.00 from a Ideal Colour Lab and Studio, 135, Rly Market, Kharagpur-1, Ph - 256188. This camera was having 1 +1 year extended warrant and free gift of a tripod. This became unserviceable on 03 May 11 by showing lens error. Then I have taken it to the Authorised Service Station of Nikon India (Kolkata Branch Office) located at Rajarhat on 24 May 11 as I am residing at a distant location. They have told the estimate cost will be Rs 5450.00. Hence I brought back my camera with out repair.

                                      I want to know what is the meaning of warranty of 1+ 1 year. If there is problem of the repair cost is equivalent to the cost of camera with in 1 year 3 months.

                                      Nikon — no warranty given,poor customer service

                                      they are not returning my camera for the last 1 yr and not giving me warrenty

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I would like to inform you that I had bought A Nikon digi cam (s220), 1 and a half years back and even before the warranty period of the said product would expire the product resulted in a mal-functioning state and all of a sudden it stopped to start-up.
                                        The product came with 1+1extended warranty. And even after repeated persuation at your service centre, to make the camera functioning within the guarantee period,the service centre(Capital Electronics,Kolkata,India) said that the repairement is chargeable.(dated:August:2011)
                                        I would like to know from the authority of the world renown company NIKON why the company is keeping their customers in a state of ambiguity by saying the term 1+1 year warranty when it is not at all so? And also like to put a question on the quality of the product that is been sold, which results in mal-functioning within 2 years, even before the said product's warranty period expires.
                                        The warranty period is going to expire on 25th October,2011. It will be very kind of you if you please take the necessary measures so that I can get my camera back to normal state of service, free of cost under intimation to the service centres immidiately

                                        Nikon Coolpix S220 — Product not proper

                                        Hi,
                                        I'hv taken Nikon Coolpix S220 camera 6 months back from GOA, the product is deffective. the lense was not properly fitted when I took the camera, the very next day I came to know. I approached the dealer he said since u opened the seal you have to take this camera we cannot replace...Instead he repaired it and gave it to me. since then the same problem is continuing. once I've made it by spending Rs 3,000. but of no use, still the camera has the same problem. I tried approaching the Service center but due to poor respond I stopped going..

                                        I am really sick about the product, I know these fellows won't do anything but still products of such type which hinder the consumer usage has to be banned..
