Nil — fraud in the name of recovery of rental outstanding

Address:180016

I am a common man who never had any account of any sort with kuikr. However i received 2 sms from kuikr screenshot attached.
This action can be termed as extortion form simple indians by sending fraudulent recovery notices of outstanding rental charges.
May i know from whom they obtained my mobile number?
If this was sent by them inadvertently, let them apologise and remove my details from their records so that these details are not utilised in future for any fraud.
Regards,
Rajinder

I am an ordinary man and have received yesterday and today sms from some quikr to clear outstanding of inr 10000 for rent outstanding.
I own my house and have never availed any rental accommodation throughout my life.
It appears that the sender is fraudantaly trying to extract money from indian citizens using fraudulent means.
Please confirm and resolve the issue.
It may be also ascertained where from my mobile number was obtained for misuse.
