Nilgiris — breach of trust

Recently bought a membership card of Nilgiris seeing the inclusion of the same.As while buying the card it was said home delivery is part of the inclusion.I have used the card three times but to my disappointment I say that only once the product was home delivered. Once the person came along with me to deliver but handed it over to me in the ground floor and went away saying he had lot of work, Inspite of my telling him that its on the 4th floor and its quiet heavy he kept the bag and went away.The next incident happened when the person delivered the products but never gave me my bill copy.inspite of calling them and saying that i require the bill it wasnt sent to me. The third incident when went to buy product today on 25/12/2017 the guy at the billing counter says he cant deliver as there is no one to.And he is charging for the carry bag when questioning him on why he is charging on the carry bag as its for their mistake that we have to take it by ourself he is arguing on the same and saying no he has to charge.I regret investing 1000 rupees for the membership card.It would have been better If i would have gone to some other supermarket nearby.It would have given me good offers as well as products home delivered
