Nilgiris — Short supply of product.

Deat sir/ madam Greetings too you all. I am Atmaram Rammohan, I live in Mumbai. I have been visiting Nilgiris stores from my childhood. (Since 1987 as a Engineering student in Bangalore then). Nilgiri s products are no doubt the best but my favourite was the Japanese cake and of course the plum cake. I revisited the store on 16/082015 to buy my favourites for my kids. I shared my experience with the sales person and requested her to pack a dozen Japanese cake and two packs pf plum cake 500 gm each. I requested the lady to pack the cakes well, as I would be taking it to Mumbai. I was really disheartened to see the condition of my favourite cake and ONE shot of a dozen. I am sure that was not intensional, but would have appreciated a better packing. I am sure you will agree the taste is second, First comes the looks. I am attaching a snap of my favourite cake when I opened it last evening. The cakes shop refused to give me the bill, else I would have sent you all the details. I did some shopping at the grocery shop before going to the basement cake shop. The bill is attached for your information
