Nilkamal — Delivery of my crockery and cutlery storage rack from @home mysore | |||
Dear Sir, I bought a storage rack for crockery and cutlery from your prestigious @home outlet of Mysore mall by paying an advance of Rs. 4000/-. Only the demo sample was available and no stock for immediate delivery. After ten days the item had arrived at bangalore and i was asked to pay the balance money of Rs. 15845/- at the Mysore Mall outlet counter of @home which I paid on 31st May. They said the item would be delivered on 01st June by evening. I had received the tax invoice copy also with the truck despatch details on 31st itself. I cancelled certain very important appointments for 1st evening from the afternoon and kept waiting at home till night. A call was received at about 7.30 pm that the vehicle has not left bangalore. Could they not have planned this b etter. The item was to come to my house today ie 2nd june and as of now 1.30 pm they said it will be delivered . That too my wife gave two repeated calls. Hope i receive the item today. this is not the first time. i earlier also had a bad experience with @home when i bought the tv show case from bangalore and was delivered with deficient BOM. hope you will look into it. regards, air commodore ki ravi indian air force mob. Hi, i have purchased 3+2+1 sofa set in the year 2008. At the time of purchase we have been told that anything goes wrong it will be life time service, but from last 2 years on we are calling your koramangala office to repair our furniture but nothing ihas happend till now.worst service.
