[Resolved] Ninety One Cycles — One part has been damaged

I have received my MTB bike DARK KNIGHT 27.5T (BLACK RED) with respect to Order ID: AV-EC[protected].When I was going to assemble the bike, the left pedal thread was not working and I found that it was damaged one. But customer service denied and not taking action. Issue No CYC/0722/20/1689 has been logged and also I am going to attaching here the damaged photo for the response.

I am really fed-up with the customer service and requesting you to replace the part or refund my money and take your cycle.
