They guarantee door step assembly and satisfaction all over India by their trained technician within 3 days.
I ordered online and got the product ( snow leopard gear bike.) My area is in a village with many towns nearby.
One bugger called Rahul from ninety-one cycles called me and informed that the door step assembly is not available and I have to take the bike to a local technician and assemble it.
How can they back out...

I have received my MTB bike DARK KNIGHT 27.5T (BLACK RED) with respect to Order ID: AV-EC[protected].When I was going to assemble the bike, the left pedal thread was not working and I found that it was damaged one. But customer service denied and not taking action. Issue No CYC/0722/20/1689 has been logged and also I am going to attaching here the damaged photo for the response.
I am really fed-up with the customer service...

I have ordered a cycle through ninety one website and it's I'd is AV-EC[protected].This ordered is paid with Rs 30999.It has been dispatched with four seperate products. Two parts of them has been dispatched through TRACKON COURIER (tracking no. is [protected]) and Two parts ( Cycle and a other part) from SAFE EXPRESS (Tracking no. is[protected]
Both of them are delivered but not to me
I didn't receive...
