Nios Deled — twice payment deducted but status of payment not changed

With due respect I, Setara Khatun student of D.El.Ed, Enrollment number [protected] would like to say that I made twice payment of Rs 500 on 14/07/18 from my net banking . Payment deducted from my account but Status of payment did not change. I have lodged complaint to my bank and they informed me that merchant received the money. N.I.O.S didn't return the amount of money yet .
I am requesting to the corncened authority to return my money as soon as possible or Please help me out to get back the money.
