Floor paint peels off after painting within a week

I decided to paint my home which is located kadachanendal, madurai - 625107. So i purchased nippon paints from a shop at kathakinaru, madurai. Accordingly i made it paint for wall and flooring.

Within a couple of weeks, the floor paint gets peel off. I wonder how it is possible and asked the nippon representative mr.ajith kumar, and he said it is nothing.

But i am not able to convince with him. The wall painting...

Pathetic service. Being following up with your team since 6 months regarding the warranty certificate through Customer Service and emails and no response. Sick and tired of following it up. Customer service is so irritating they don't know the process. Every time they say they have forwarded to the concerned team. What team is that they need 6 months to respond.

Escalated everywhere and there is no response. We have paid Rs. 9, 00, 000/- and there is no invoice being provided. How can they be so lathergic and not responding and looting Money. I would recommend people not to go with Nippon.

      Very bad quality painting, bad team with no expertise-disappointed

      Hi I got my entire house painted by your company. But it was one of the poorest quality of paint ever seen. I had my earlier house done by Asian paints, it is 11 years still today looks as brand as new. Because they came assessed and advised and did properly in quality with all precautions and covering. I assigned entire house to your team, but it was one of the poorest experience in terms of painting and very bad.

      I have booked a service in nippon paint on july 2nd 2023 with booking advance of 1000rs. The executive person said their will be no additional charges if I am a existing customer in bajaj finance. But after 2 or 3 days he is saying to pay 2 months of emi amt in advance . No information is convey to me by the executive and no follow up in service till now. Once I raise a compliant in customer care he calls me. Later he asked sorry for the thing happened. So I paid that 2 months emi amt of 10500 in advance. He said 10th july their will be home inspection for the service need to done . But till now (12th july)he didnt call me and follow up by nippon paint team.

        Am a paint dealer i have an retail store from 35 years, now the nippon paints (bangalore depo) made bill on our company name which we havent placed the order, which they havent even delivered and which they havent cancelled the bill which they made by mistake of april month 2023. I contacted the tso, gm, manager and even accounted been trying to resolve this but they have failed and now they haven even filled on gst portel . I dont knw how to resolve this seeking to raise an complaint against company

          Paint service

          Hi team

          I am from chennai, as your nippon paint people posted add in your community app.. opted for it and your people (ameen sales person/Surrender manager) visited my location Perumbakkam Malles aashira.. and saw the house and quoted the money and agreed as they promised that they will clear all the background pencil marks and give the house as new.
          as per the given date they missed and came after two days that too...

          We painted our house on September month 2022.within a two day wall have white patches so we complaint with the executive first so he gave another 5 litre paint to wall the paint again. But the issue not solved again within a two days white patches came.so we complain with the Nippon paint portal and quality checker came and examined some walls and told that they will gave only new paint for that particular walls.so we fight with the Executive and quality checker to check all the walls. Again they came and checked all walls and measured all the walls and he accepted to give paint for all walls or he said we give only 6000 rupees .Now the problem is already we spent paint material about 65000 and for painting vendor 40000 .totally one lakh and ten thousand we spent on painting. If they give paint again how can we again pay for vendor? And they give only 6000rupees (Only interior walls). How can this amount will tally to the amount that we spent for paint material?
          So our final suggestion is Nippon paint itself have to arrange their own painting vendor and paint our house or otherwise repay the amount what we spent on painting material.

            Hello All - I am writing this email as a frustrated and devastated customer of Nippon paint.
            I am currently using NIPPON paints for painting my house after 2 days the paint is one of the worst which i have ever seen. I used costly interior wall paints for decorate my house as per the dealer advise, but after finishing the wall paint the output finishing is worst. I complained to the dealer he brings me some Nippon service person and they see my house walls and given 5liter paint for 2nd time painting, but the same result is there. Now they are blaming my house walls. I am not accepting that. Now my house all walls output is very worst. Am totally dissatisfied with Nippon.

              First issue was regarding the information of warranty was never provided that it reduces the claiming power every year (ex. 100% year 1 and so on respectively).
              Second issue was improper work completion I have attached the photo on that information of the places as to be informed when told to the concerned person, the contractor who was appointed from Nippon service Mr. Mahesh was arrogant and spoke ill mannered to my family we raised this issue to Mr. Harshith. L he told he would take action on this matter we didn’t receive any action related information and the pending work format started going from Bad to worse as only a day or two work was left, we tried to adjust, during this period the contractor had spoken very rudely towards my parents as this issue was also informed and the personnel stopped visiting the site of work.
              Third issue during this work which contractor acted so ill mannered, a newly bought vehicle tata Nexon car the laborer’s sent with him have sprinkled the paint over the car even though it was parked outside the work area as they had told it would be at a safe distance if it was to be done accidental it should have been sprayed all over yet it was done at the time of cleaning out their equipment, the damaged side is clearly visible only on the passenger side, when informed both the personnel from Nippon and contractor sarcastically informed please us the thinner or petroleum to clean now to refurbish the stains the amount is costing approximately Rs. 10, 000- Rs. 15, 000 when informed they say and blame it on us even though cooperated at such extent yet we face such disgrace from Nippon paints.
              Fourth issue is related the warranty card to be provided by the service provider the final payment of work was provided to Mr. Harshith. L on 21st July 2022 of amount Rs. 18, 270 it has been almost 3 months of time I have not received a warranty card which should have been issued yet whenever spoke to him his only answer was give me 2 days or please provide home address, pictures of the site, my email address and what not, when finally I raised an issue with the customer care and informed he then told he has quit the job and Mr. Jayanth shall handle the case here forth but when asked why was it delayed we came to know he hasn’t even raised any request and my application was rejected long back.
              Mr. Harshith neglected my phone call and whenever requested about the update he has no input on it. They haven’t even properly inspected the work done by the personnel is it up to mark and we give a sense of trust over the company professionals because their work would be up to mark yet it is such a disgrace on the Nippon paints part of work.
              Fifth Issue a major one on which I shall press charges on Nippon paints or the personnel if Nippon company does not provide me a proper response within 12 working days as you personally requested. The Issue is related the forgery signature done by the company personnel on my name for the warranty. I was not even aware of it or informed it came to our notice when Mr. Jayanth brought the rejected application was brought here to show us, even not even a Single bill is mentioned in my name, this issue has been clearly raised to you on 12th of October 2022, waiting for proper action within 3rd of November 2022 if not my issue is resolved would definitely press charges on this matter to Consumer court as well as in criminal court for damage of property and forgery case.

                Hi, I recently requested nippon to paint 2 houses and luckily strated with one house - first floor interior, The painter and paints are arranged by your company representative, however painter named Radhakrishnan- puttur -574201 has done third rated low quality work, the paint started coming out within 2 weeks, too may bubbles, single quote etc, wonder is this aservice you provide, your representatives are chaep and doesnot know their job

                Any way thanks for teaching lesson and now I understood why Asian paints are trustable and number one brand india

                Going ahead with course correction and remaining works with Asian paints as you guys lost the faith
                God bless you guys, I dont think you would stay in a market for a long with this kind of mediocore cheap people

                  Warranty for weatherbond paint - 10 Years

                  We have painted our apartment using NIPPON weather bond with 10 years warranty.

                  The sales person (Shankar) told it will be sliding warranty and for first 5 years all the painting and labour cost will be borne by Nippon and from the 6th year the cost will be 10 % by customer and 90% by Nippon and for 7th year it will be 20% by customer and 80% by Nippon and so on.

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                  As we planned for painting during the month of February 2022, we contacted Nippon Paints and an agent named Mr. Sabari was been referred. We explained Mr. Sabari to paint both interior and exterior for our unit. He accepted and responded well about everything initially.

                  Kindly address the following listed issue
                  1. Exterior painting was completed by NTPS Team (exterior unit and terrace) but warranty card was not provided. Note: NTPS Team referred by Mr. Sabari. Paid total amount Rs.80, 000
                  2. We cancelled with Interior painting as it was going beyond our time frame of 3 weeks. It was made clear to him that my availability won't be there beyond those days. He accepted for it and gave word that it could be completed and got the advance of Rs. 20, 000. Interior was not done, hence we cancelled and so far the amount is not returned till date.
                  When he was contacted to repay with the advance since the painting was not done for interior he says he is currently not in job and furthermore not picking up with calls. He blamed me for the lost job since interior painting got cancelled. This is not true and unethical but he is still working for Nippon paints.                   It's been 6 months, till now neither warranty card nor the amount of
                  Rs. 20, 000 is refunded.
                  For Exterior painting, Payment was made in cash for Rs. 80, 000 and when receipt was asked it was not been provided and Mr. Sathya (NTPS Team - Ph: [protected]) told that Nippon Quote (Pdf) (through wats app) is sufficient enough as proof of payment.

                  Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                    Bad Quality work -Pathetic services- Poor product quality

                    I wish to bring to your notice that i recently engaged Nippon Paints chennai team for my home painting. I was offered a premium pricing and was assured that Nippon has got their inhouse team for paintaing under Neocare and they would maintain quality work . I was also promised of free designer wall as part of the package . To my surprise nippon outsourced the work to agency and the agency did a shabby work but inturn bringing unqualified...

                    Hello,

                    We have purchased almost 200 liters of paints for our housing complex built recently. The dealer and the sales person who visited our site during our construction have promised us a warranty of 7 years for the exterior paints.

                    We were supposed to go for Asian paints, but due to the regular connection by the sales person and his promise for a warranty we opted to use Nippon paints.

                    We have purchased and used only Nippon paints for the interior and exterior walls. Post completion of our work the salesperson and the dealer are not responding to our calls. I hope it's not a fake promise set by the company's personnel to sell a product.

                    I request the respective authorities should help me with a warranty card as promised.

                      Hello All - I am writing this email as a frustrated and devastated customer of Nippon paint.

                      We wanted to paint our house and had a conversation with Mr Sabari from Nippon paint in the month of March 2022.

                      He was very active and helped us kindly until the quotation was given and until we paid the advance amount of 10%.

                      Total quotation given - Rs 85, 866
                      First 10% paid on March 23rd 2022...

                      Hello Team,

                      This is Sathyaraj from India, Chennai. I have booked a painting for my full home (Interior and exterior). The Work has started on 01-Feb-2022.

                      1) You team has committed that work will be completed in max of 14 days - But still now it has not been completed (53 days as of now) and still going

                      2) And they have committed that 4 manpower will be deployed for painting - But only 2 painters received for first 3 weeks

                      3) Room 1 - (3 wall painting) wrong paint received from your end. And then it is changed. No site supervisor has received the house to inform painters which paint to be applied for the wall. And inspection also not done.

                      4) Room 1 - Texture coat wall - While applying the second coat wrong paint is received and it is also painted in wall . To match the color( 2 bottles of strainer orange color ) - Asian paint brand is buyed from outside. Mixed and painted in wall by painter based on supervisor advice through phone call.

                      How come Asian paint is applied in the wall ? Is it acceptable ? We have booked only for Nippon paints. If any issue we face in the particular wall in future . who will be the responsible for this?

                      5) Front wall out of 4 colors 01 color received with wrong brand. Atom fibra received in place of weather bond . Due to it is wrongly mentioned by the sales person in the quotation. This was not witnessed by painter also. It was witnessed by us then we informed and changed the paint.

                      Is this our work to verify all the paints at receiving ? Site supervisor has to verify or send correctly and inform painters.

                      6) Fungus has been formed in one wall - Which needs to be corrected.

                      7) Daily after completing the work . only sweeping activity is done it is not cleaned with water . If it is a new house then it is fine. But people are staying in house.

                      Pending works : Texture coat, stencil work, 01 Coat for windows and touchup works

                      Will all my problems be rectified . When will the work be completed. I am not satisfied about the things you people. It was very hectic for us due to this wrong paint received and applied.

                      And applying different brand paints is not all acceptable. Needs your immediate intervention on this.

                        I haven't received any invoice from Nippon Paints India and the representative (Sabarinathan) is not replying back to calls / messages. The service is so poor but they talk like they are the top in India. It's very frustrating that even after paying full money at once and giving them contract they don't do the jobs we need to micro manage each & every step.

                          I have booked for interior and exterior painting with NIPPON on 16-March-2022 and made a payment of Rs.62000. I was told by the agent ajith kumar and jayakaran that i will be receiving the receipt on the same day evening and its 23-March, i still didn't get my receipt. They earlier promised that they will be starting working from 23-March and now they come up with different date and i totally lost trust in NIPPON. They are not answering my call whenever i request for the bill. I felt like i was cheated by your company.
                          I am still trying to connect with them to get the receipt or cancel the booking but nothing works. Their customer service is pathetic and really useless providing any solution.
                          I would like to cancel my booking and not interested in taking up any service from Nippon due to their worst behaviour. Please help me in getting the amount refund.
                          MY KIND ADVICE TO OTHERS, AVOID NIPPON!!!
