Plea of a distributor at nanpara, dist - bahraich (Up)-india
I’m distributor of syngenta india ltd (Customer code[protected] at nanpara, dist - bahraich (Up), india.in fy 2018-19 i have done grain (Paddy and vegetables) business of rs 80 lac of your company. I had given rs 10 lac towards advance scheme of paddy in fy 2018-19. I was the only distributor in whole bahraich district who crossed 25 mts of paddy sale in fy 18-19. But for my dismay this year my account has been deactivated by bahraich area manager mr chandan singh and regional manager mr srivastava just because of the following reasons-
1- mr chandan singh has collected approximately rs 4.00 lac from my parties to whom mr chandan singh supplied paddy/vegetables on his behalf from my account. I supplied them material through mr chandan singh considering that retailers would deposit the payment in my account through the help of mr chandan. Initially mr chandan honestly collected payment in cash from my retailers and deposited in cash in my bank account. But after closure of paddy season he stopped visiting my shop and even stopped picking our mobile/phone calls. He is not responding to my emails messages, whatsapp messages, phone calls now.
2- the then rm mr ajay kumar helped us several times by personally visiting my counter with mr chandan singh. But we got only pure promises of fund returning from mr chandan singh till december2018.in january 2019 the then rm mr ajay kumar shifted to some other company and a new rm mr mishra joined the company. But he was totally against us and even didn’t visited our counter till february 2019 till your old rm ajay kuamr didn’t intervened again in my matter. But this time again mr chandan singh completed his task by giving false promises of returning my all fund in march 2019.
3- this new rm even didn’t informed us about paddy 2019-20 advance scheme in feb 2019. Instead he opened new accounts in my adjoining areas. And planned sales with them and collected abs money from them. After closing of abs date he informed us that company has extended abs date for 1 week in march 2019. But he put self made condition that he would not take returning of paddy. So we didn’t planned abs with your company. He even talked like an insane on my whatsapp number regarding this matter.
I am totally shocked by behaviour of your company’s employee’s and even more shock by the fact that when i was doing business with your company in full fledged manner then what was need to open new accounts. I’m attaching my seed and pesticide account statements also for your perusal. If your company is ready for stock returning then why i was told that no stock would be returned back by my side.
This all indicating that mr chandan with the help of new rm wants to abscond with my money. By creating new distributors he would be finding relief because in this way he would do some business in my area without facing us. He has now completely stopped visiting my shop and i fear that he would be not returning my hard earned money. Last week mr sudip ghosh, field crop north business head visited in our area but he didn’t visit my shop even after my personal requests to him.
Now i have left with no option but to write to your topmost officials through this mail. I request kindly do justice by taking some hard action against mr chandan singh because he is killing interests of every distributor by indulging in such type o[censored]nlawful activities.
Hope your esteemed company would take some action in this matter considering that i work on small scale with very limited fund provided by my bank and pay interests on fund utilized. But this man mr chandan has tortured us in all ways mentally and financially.
