I have booked for interior and exterior painting with NIPPON on 16-March-2022 and made a payment of Rs.62000. I was told by the agent ajith kumar and jayakaran that i will be receiving the receipt on the same day evening and its 23-March, i still didn't get my receipt. They earlier promised that they will be starting working from 23-March and now they come up with different date and i totally lost trust in NIPPON. They are not answering my call whenever i request for the bill. I felt like i was cheated by your company.
I am still trying to connect with them to get the receipt or cancel the booking but nothing works. Their customer service is pathetic and really useless providing any solution.
I would like to cancel my booking and not interested in taking up any service from Nippon due to their worst behaviour. Please help me in getting the amount refund.
MY KIND ADVICE TO OTHERS, AVOID NIPPON!!!

      Namaskar! We painted our new home in last year. I used Nippon paint on both wall and seiling. All the paint is very bad and paints peel come outside and on the All wall sealinn is come and paint is peel.

      Please solve my problem early.

        This complaint is in addition to my earlier complaint made on November regarding the bad quality of Atom Paint at our house exterior walls. Some of Nippon technical persons visited the site and it was supposed to be re-painted at Nippon's cost as they promised. During the inspection time there was raining and they have given January to February for rectifying the exterior paints, but as of now no action has been taken by Nippon Technician who visited our house.

        Need immediate attention on this and confirm. The same photos were sent in my November complaint. My request is Nippon should not cheat the customers by talking and must carry out the work as they have promised and should not runaway from their promise.

        Understand this complaint was taken to the senior incharge at Nippon but seems he is not taking any interest on this complaint same as this several complaint has been put into the file without any action as the technical informed us.

        Let me see what kind of action Nippon will take

          We have painted our exterior house wall by Nippon Atom, and during November and December we found the white color has turned into greenish orange and your expert visited and informed that the same will be rectified during Jan and Feb.

          We have been calling the guy Mr. Rajaram on his mobile # [protected] and he says there is no warranty for the paint but the paint colour has changed within 3 month time for which he has accepted the same will be replaced.
          As of now no action has been taken by your company representative for which I need the action as earliest.

          All the purchase bill and dealer names and phone numbers have been given to your representative Mr. Rajaram when he visited my house.

          He assured us but seems now he is neglecting the issue, we will wait for another 15 days else we will complaint to the consumer court related to this issue. We are having all the photo evidence and bills for sue Nippon, if this problem is not rectified as per Mr. Rajaram promised.

          No body has approached us and the money which I have spent depending Nippon paint has gone waste and Nippon Paint company is entirely responsible for waste of my money and we used the entire house with Nippon Paint. The response is very slow and the action must be taken quickly to satisfy the customers. This kind of approach is not found in your company and your representatives are very lazy to attend or your company has been selling old stocks in the market, so such incident occurred to most of the people who has used Nippon product Seems it is manufacture issue and must replace my exterior paints immediately as promised by your representative Mr. Rajaram else we may go with legal action.

          Expect immediate solution is must and safe for your company and do not spoil Nippon image in the Indian market due to your negligency.

            Hi, I painted our house elevation with Deepsea color but it didn’t last for even 6 months. Paint faded away like local quality paint. We already had an issue with this deepaea color and raised complaint and they replaced deepsea color from lot which had issue with paint from new lot but even then we see this issue. Paint quality is very bad. I didn’t expect this kind of quality from reputed company. Requesting for an immediate action and replacement.

              Yes Nippon is selling old stock in the market and every where the problem occurred. We are also having problem, but the representative visited but action is not taken as of now, almost 4 months passed. Seems there is no proper management guys representing or the representative not informing these issued to the management. it is doubtful. we should not go for Nippon paint in future.

                  I am prakash from sulur coimbatore my mobile no [protected]. On 14dec i paid Rs 27442/- and in my wife name for same house one wall designing i paid Rs 5705/-. After that they asked for primer for Rs 10000/-for all house so finally on Jan 22I paid Rs 36442/-. Total amount paid for house is Rs 69589/- but the final billed amount which i received from whatsup is Rs 54888/- the product which iquted is mat X but now the bill it showing neo what about left over amt calculation why your componey only having problem for sending email to own and akternate email. Please clarify.

                    Are you think i am not having any job so i am using unparlimentry words. When customer have been harased after that only due to mental torcher of your people i used. if you think icustomer want to do properly then you should focuse on your supervisore and below and surprise call to all custoner ok.                       I am Anbarasan. I am one of the new nippon dealer from 17 August 2021.
                      I got dealership but they didn't provide colouring machine. But I am eligible for colouring machine. In that time cluster head told me that they don't have stock and he will arrange within one month. But still i didn't get colouring machine from nippon.
                      I am belong to trichy depot 1008/ TS04. Tamilnadu zone. I have two contact persons mobile numbers only. 1. Sales officer. 2. Cluster officer. Both are not responding. Every time telling next week also saying new stories.
                      I asked them to give divisional head number to check about machine. But they didn't provide.
                      Due to this pongal big sales not able done. This is big loss for me.
                      Also I lost my patience and told them to cancel my dealership two day before. Still no response.
                      I searched dealer compliant numbers but I found only consumer complaint number.
                      I Don't know how to handle this situation.

                      I am new businessman. I need some support from nippon to get colouring machine or any solution.

                        I used costly interior wall paints for decorate my house as per the dealer advise, but the paint got peel off with in a year.

                        so it given great loss to me why because man power which i was used for painting & my presence was required that time. so I applied leave for that period.

                        entire money got wasted on account of poor quality.

                          My house was painted with Nippon exterior and interior paints 6 months back and now the exterior pain looks rusted as we see in the attached photos. The interior paint also fading and become lighter shade and changed it's original colour. It is really a foolish decision that we have gone for Nippon and the shop owner told us not to go for Nippon though we have done the mistake.

                          Need someone to come and inspect the same and the same should not be happened to others.

                                I've painted my interiors using nippon paints a year ago but yesterday paint at many parts of wall got peeled of. Such a disgusting fact that my paint got peeled of within a year even though I hired high professionals for painting using nippon where you are giving 15 years guarantee for peel off.

                                Please look after this seriously and give me a reply as soon as possible.

                                  I Purchased Nippon Primer, Paints for Interior and Exterior painting works for My home on 14-Sep-2020 with the cost of around 1 Lakhs rupees. We completed the painting of my house at the Mid of November .
                                  It is to be Noted that, During the painting a representative from Nippon was monitoring periodically about the Workmanship by visiting my home.

                                  But Unexpectedly Painted materials getting peeling off from the walls now, And its been only 6 months completed after painting . Also the defects expanding day by day.

                                  I never expected this poor quality from a Brand Nippon company, I request Nippon to take immediate action on this . Also instead of going for temporary repair, I need a permanent viable solution .

                                  Representatives came from Nippon and took some pictures and reported to their management with my Invoice, But Still no action taken. Its been more than 10 days, requesting Nippon to take action immediately, since the defects are expanding day by day.

                                  Even though we used higher priced product ( Weatherbond), the material acts like third class with poor quality. and further this slow response of customer service makes us more unhappy.

                                    I got my flat situated at 139, Natesanagar 3rd Main Road, Virugambakkam, Chennai 600092 in the month if April'2021.
                                    We contacted Nippon Paints through the toll free number from TV. One Mr. Mathiyazhagan came to our home and gave a proposal in Nippon Paints format.
                                    We gone ahead and completed with the interior paint through their team represented by one Mr. Arul Murugan a contractor for Nippon Paints.

                                    Later we did not get correct bill in time and after a lot of follow up we got the bill. However, this does not cover the warranty as well as complements etc as promised by the proposer during discussions.

                                    Of late, we find paint peel of at some places and we are seriously concerned about the same.

                                    This we tried to report to you through the proposer and he did not respond to our call.

                                    We now request your technical team to visit our premises and assess the quality and arrange for corrections immediately

                                        I have purchased nippon exterior wall paint just five months ago from dheeraj trading company bikaner rajasthan..he told me while selling the product five years warranty on color but after applying color on walls of 3-4 months there appears cracks on complete area and also wall damp on most places..nippon is the worst quality paint i have seen..so I want that you should send surveyor for my site visit and give me complete compensation of my labour cost and material price.. contact nmbr-[protected]
