This complaint is in addition to my earlier complaint made on November regarding the bad quality of Atom Paint at our house exterior walls. Some of Nippon technical persons visited the site and it was supposed to be re-painted at Nippon's cost as they promised. During the inspection time there was raining and they have given January to February for rectifying the exterior paints, but as of now no action has been taken by Nippon Technician who visited our house.
Need immediate attention on this and confirm. The same photos were sent in my November complaint. My request is Nippon should not cheat the customers by talking and must carry out the work as they have promised and should not runaway from their promise.
Understand this complaint was taken to the senior incharge at Nippon but seems he is not taking any interest on this complaint same as this several complaint has been put into the file without any action as the technical informed us.
Let me see what kind of action Nippon will take
