[Resolved]  Nippon Paint India — Bad Quality work -Pathetic services- Poor product quality

I wish to bring to your notice that i recently engaged Nippon Paints chennai team for my home painting. I was offered a premium pricing and was assured that Nippon has got their inhouse team for paintaing under Neocare and they would maintain quality work . I was also promised of free designer wall as part of the package . To my surprise nippon outsourced the work to agency and the agency did a shabby work but inturn bringing unqualified workers . Everyday they used to bring different laborer's and they do not have a clue as to what work to be carried for the day . In the meantime there was error in the colour code and wrong colour was brought to teh site . The site surprisor argued and tried to convince that it is the right colour . When i proved throught their own team member then he agreed that it was error in the machine and would deliver right colour . The entire activity took 4 weeks as against committed timelines of 2 weeks . Also the paint finish is bit shabby and there is clear mismatch of colour . The designer work is awakward and shabby with improper design and inconsistency . Also patty was applied over the old wall without scrubbing ...This is very poor service from Nippon a company of such strature and inspite of calling multiple times sales team nor the services team is attending to the problem .
